I think you are forgetting one important thing here. These porn games don't have the level of writing, where I am supposed to self-insert as the male protagonist, they all feel the same in general. If I am having a rough time and feel down, maybe I will watch a movie that relates to my situation to feel better or just watch something that gets me motivated in general but definitely not porn games.

I play the porn games to have a change from the vanilla porn. Reason why I don't play or understand why people play vanilla games is because you can either get that from real life or watch the usual porn. While porn games are a good medium for the kinkier stuff. I mean... when you watch real porn, where women are with more disgusting guys, it is not really enjoyable is it? The guy is basically a corpse and girl is obviously disgusted, so it is an automatic turn-off. I can only tell my opinion. It is a combination what Fayn Arawn said. Personally, i don't care if it is Vanilla or NTR because at the end of the day, it is still just porn. So, as he said i don't self insert myself as the main character.
