When you extract the gofile file it doesnt have the lib or renpy files in it, just the game and exe

You can't, sorry. Patreon fucked it up by forcing the dev to change the game too much and now the patch is required to play.
Got a screenshot of what you mean? I'm going to assume you don't have the mandatory patch installed though.
What happened to Lucia's bush? It seemed to just disappear after chapter 10. Did I miss a scene?
