Can't wait for chapter 12 and a somewhat wholesome ending and I really hope we kick out Hunter out of the house
What bothers me is the amount of ntr this game has I played it with the no ntr scenes but it feels like there are no replaceable non ntr scenes all around the game which makes it a bit boring but the fapping scenes are yum yum all around

This version is chapter 11 only.
Install the mandatory patch from the first post (also called OP for opening post)!
If you cannot handle a beta version, a one chapter only version or if you cannot read: Wait for the final release!

That's because the game is trying to load content that's not in chapter 11. Mostly the repeatable stuff.

Looks like you tried to load the gallery for CH 10. They gallery is disabled for CH 10 and 11 in the Beta.
The first line: There is no place to sit! It is necessary to rest my feet, while preparing to administer the medicine/drug.
The 2nd line: 100 apologies. Go to the kitchen so that you may rest.

Last word we got was 2 or 3 more chapters. Plans can change, but we'll see as we get closer.
There was a noticeable tone shift in this chapter. It was surprisingly mature at times and it is well appreciated.

Could you maybe add spoiler tags for anybody who hasn't played this yet? I personally have, but it would be nice for anyone new to the game not to have major plot things revealed accidentally as they're looking for an answer to a question about a bug or something.
I can and when i wrote my first reply after playing CH 11 it was all in spoiler tag for this reason too.
It just seemed like no one cared about spoilers anymore and openly talked about everything.
But, it's clearly bothering you, so i will put my comment in spoiler tag.
