Eventually yes, but that's going to be at the end of the game. Dev already said Hunter (and now i presume Drew) are the driving force for the plot.

If you were to take them out, the game because just another harem game with no story.

I just find it annoying since that feeling of unease is always there even when it's a happy moment with the girls they are always in the back of my mind. Hopefully they die at the end by the hands of the MC.

Personally, I would hate that and that would definitely be a deal breaker.
