I do, but am trying to figure out what the author of the guide meant by "Levels" since he created it and I have no clue how to verify my status of levels in game since there doesn't seem to be any tracking related to levels in game.

It's all automatic now like Dartred has explained above ^^^ don't worry about missing any scenes you go up "levels" once every single task for that chapter has been completed. Just make sure you have the patch installed

where tf do you even get access to the rooms? i clicked new game and every time, i just got skipped past chapter 1 and never allowed to see any ntr options. not even able to see the rooms, it just goes straight into the dialogue for every scene
