The dev made it pretty clear that they were going through some pretty serious health issues in the last couple of dev logs. The dude is a one man team, so its to expected that the update would be delayed when something like that happens. Technically Drew hasn't fucked any of those characters in canon.

Drew was fucking Nora and Keira up until 15 years ago, but as far as we know that was consensual and they weren't in other relationships.

I assume Drew fucked the women in the households that Hunter had previously conquered, when she went to "check on them", but I don't remember if that was explicitly stated.

Drew fucked Eileen, Brenna's old rival, but it appears Eileen was the one who initiated that, in order to get closer to Brenna's family for her own evil plans.

Apparently the worst thing Drew has done is have an affair with David (Ophelia's husband), but there's a lot we don't know about that, so I think it's possible Drew and Ophelia could reconcile and get past it.

Drew was aware, but my sense is that she would show up after Hunter's takeovers, and he probably lied to her about his "need" to drug people (e.g. to neutralize "threats"). If Drew had been doing the seducing, she might not even need to use Hunter's methods.

Agreed, and these drugs are highly sophisticated and completely alter your rational thinking. With some that can selectively alter men or women, example being the nurse not being affected. Drew being aware and taking advantage of Hunter's seemingly billion dollar pharmaceutical empire built on homewrecking makes her irredeemable in my opinion. Its not that Drew is any better, she just lacks Hunter's inhuman ambition to be a sex god.

Think about that word "threats". It doesn't make sense to call a man defending his family a threat. Hunter obviously has no compunctions at all about drugging people, but we know Drew has at least some objections. It's easy to imagine Hunter creating a narrative about "neutralizing threats" just so Drew would cooperate. Remember that Hunter is the mastermind and has been manipulating/brainwashing Drew since childhood. He doesn't tell her everything, only what he thinks she needs to know. Should Drew be smart enough to see through Hunter's lies? Yes, but that's her story arc: finally seeing Hunter for what he is and breaking away from him.
