no, especially if you want some NTR this game is not recomended, but if you like normal stuff like young dude fuck the hottest chick then the game is yours, and for me this game is too grinding.

The game is predominant coming of age Netori protag than NTR Cuckold. The old bastard is the NTR antagonist whom your seeking to cock block and get all the girls for yourself - he gets at them (which is most part easy enough to avoid and can be turned off anyway) then the result is a bad ending. There are a few of them and one to two added per update if thats your bag but its not the main course of the game - instead thats funny as fuck dialogue and situations interlaced with sexy chicks.
As for weird "its grindy" stance. Only at the very beginning of the game is there any sort of grind involved as your not in best terms with the girls at the start - a little into the game though and its only really progressing each story enough to complete said chapter and start the next one as each has its own sets of events. Its grindy in that you have to do each chapters stories to get to next one so you cant JUST focus on say one girl and ignore progress with the rest but im not sure why you would even wanna do that in all honesty.
I'm pretty sure I know the answer but is there a gallery mod someone made, or do you have to grind for the images, I would like to replay scenes to see all the different outcomes, and see all the scenes with every character especially with that ugly motherfucking old dude

there isn't a gallery unlocker, but the game has a built in gallery that unlocks as you complete the chapters

There is no grinding, just playing the game.
Well, first of all, there's no different outcomes for the scenes (except one or two per chapter), and second of all, what do you mean "replay" since you made it obvious you don't even want to play?
And joke's on you, the replay gallery just replays that storyline from the start so even if someone gave you the latest save file, you'd still have to do all the same work and all the "grinding".
But seriously, there's no grinding in this game. What do people think grinding means these days?

No, seriously, how is it grindy? Grind means doing the exact same thing over and over again with no variation to boost something, but here there's nothing to boost, nor is it the exact same thing. Every itteration is a continuation of the previous thing, so that's the opposite of grind since you continue forward instead of paddling in place until you reach some requirement.
I'd get it if people called it wordy, but grindy?

Totally. Don't get that at all. There're many grindy games out there (cough. Foot of the Mountains Cough), but this certainly isn't one of them, or someone has a very strange definition of grindy. Grindy=doing the exact same thing over and over again, with a similar result, until finally, a tiny detail changes. Do it X times more and another tiny detail changes. This. Is. Not. Grindy.
For some people (myself included) the living room scene(s) with Ophelia, as well as the scene(s) in her bedroom are exactly what grindy means. I had to do the living room event a good 4-5 times before I could finally say 'This shit's done for today, now back to the characters I actually wanna see.'
It's not a bad grind by any stretch of the imagination, but having to go through the same Ophelia event, say 4 times, with minor variations to it will turn some people off.
