This game either intentionally or unintentionally deals a lot in threes. Three main girls and three levels of girl. Main girl Ophelia begets side girl Aliza who begets side-side girl Mallory. Then there's Catherine-Amber-Kumiko. And then there's Brenna-Eva-Clerk who's name I can't remember. Lucia, Tef, and Rebecca are currently in an in-between space. Rebecca due to a lack of content. Tef because she's possibly Hunter's spy. Lucia because she's a late edition, also possibly a spy for Hunter, and/or the reason Sterling weathers the coming shitstorm. Ultimately causing Hunter's downfall. All that is to say there are three main characters in the end. Sterling the MC, Ophelia the FMC, and Hunter the Main Villain. There might be an epilogue but the game effectively ends with Hunter's downfall. Canonically at least.
Also, I have a headcanon where Ophelia is the secret mastermind behind everything. So, I enjoyed seeing something like it in the latest What if? episode.
