Drew is the enemy, so I doubt it. At most, in a bad end could be possible that Drew will drill the MC's ass, since (s)he did the same with the MC's father.
It depends on the Dev. In the game there is futa on female, and a little bit of futa on male content.
If the fans wants male on futa content, there is a chance. But i don't think it will happen. Maybe in a "What If".
Personally, i wouldn't mind to see the MC pounding that sexy ass of Drew. But, it is not a priority for me. If it happens, then it is amazing, if not, it is okay too.
Can't say I would want to see that. I'm ok with Bad End Futa on Female. But Male on Futa or Futa on Male would be a massive turn off for me personally.

It seems to need a patch to work, because it stops all of a sudden.
I'm guessing that's the way the dev has to bypass Patreon's guidelines. I hope someone leaks the build and the patch for the good scenes.

Super happy What If 7 is out, but I am begging you all to stop calling Drew a futa. Drew is not and has never been a futa. Drew is a non-op trans woman. I like Drew's character so far, and I've come to enjoy both trans and futa content in games like these, but it's still worth being clear to other potential players which one is in this game.
I know this game is a sex comedy, but it's not every day that what's good for porn and what's good for reality happen to match up, and this is one of those occasions. Calling a definitely trans character a futa is misleading and disappointing to a large section of futa fans and offensive to actual trans people. We have trans players here in this community who I know don't appreciate it, and the subject is already widely confused in fiction. This is a case where we know for certain that Drew is very specifically a trans character.
Futas are hermaphrodites. Drew is not a hermaphrodite. She is NOT a futa, and claiming she is attributes an inaccurate kink/fetish/tag/genre whatever you want to call it to this game while needlessly offending trans people. Please stop doing this, for the sake of this game being accurately described and for this community.
