There seems to be a bug where after you complete Hiho's quest she just chills in the area near the entrance to the trade district making it impossible to talk to her.
Had to load an earlier save and redo the quest for this to be fixed.

Most operating systems use paging (swap) so that any memory requested beyond your RAM ends up being paged in/out as a file. Slower access but eh. Dunno about particular recommended limits for PFF.

I mean can game open with 6gig, for example Portals of Phereon can't run on my laptop and it stuck at loading screen.

That's quite a large version disparity... but it may! There have been some large overhauls since.
