Basically in a nutshell
抜く Pull out. Like a dick that is already in, as you interpreted.
抜け出す Break free. It's in a different sense.
Think of it this way; 逃 for example is for running away, which is a different context as well. She couldn't run away because she was being restrained in the first place, so it could not be used in that context.
As for Volde's dialogue, yeah, that one is on you. I WAS the one taking creative liberties this time, back when i was attempting to translate the game myself, i had to double check XD haha
