Hi Orangutaint, may I ask which device you're trying to install it on?

We've had a few users having issues with installing our games, at first we thought it was due to some older devices having a 2gb.apk limit when installing, but that doesn't seem to be the case here...




From what I'm aware of, it's the back button to open up the game menu.
Or at least it is for my android device (Huawei P20).

I'll be 100% honest, it totally slipped my mind to add the UI button to access the game menu for this release...

I was like alright cool new update then I looked at the change log and went awww looks like it's only about Hollie this time. So i'll wait for the next update or the next one after that till it's one that I'm really really interested in.

Sorry to hear that you are not a big fan of Hollie.

Luckily for you we have a big cast of amazing characters, so you'll have plenty to look forward to in 2020

It's not that I don't like her it's just that she's had the most content done for her out of everyone so I'm more interested in ones like the mother and sister and maybe even Sammie and her mother who haven't had as much content yet.

Reason why we decided to focus on Hollie for this update is because normally when we level up a character in development, we implement their daily events as well.
We were unable to do that at the time and those daily/repeatable events have been "under construction" for quite a while in PC.
And a lot of people were looking quite forward to those events being repeatable.

This way Hollie's level 4 is now 100% completed and we can focus on catching up with the other characters as well.

Everybody will get their fair share of new content in 2020, don't worry

I have same problem, i cant install the game. My device is samsung galaxy s7 and android version is 8.0

its a shame that it was only a Hollie update really wanted to a bit more from the maid and leveling up other people but thats for the next time i guess

On the PC you can search for the cards with the navigation keys

Cards are at:
Molly's room (under the bed)
Sally's room (in the left speaker)
beach (under the log)
reception (between flowers)
bed room (between the pillows)
lake (in the grass at the bottom where the water starts)
pool (at the highest window on the left)
emily's and sammy's home (bottom right corner of the entrance)

i still can't find the one in the Lake, i spent 10 minutes trying to find it but no luck, can you be a litle more specific

This is one of those few games where every single lady is lovely. And the ones that were a little bit weaker, maid (Jo'Ann), got reworked into being as good as the rest.

Did you download the newest version?

If so did you unpack it into a new folder or the old folder?

Yes, I did dl the 1.9b. It is saying that Hollie is only at 30% now, so I am guessing maybe some of the changes in the game did something weird. I may restart game again and see if that clears it up.
Edit, Yes, I always put updates in new folder.
