As the OP asserts, the patch converts version 0.1.9b to 0.1.9c -- it's a fix presented to prevent DLing the whole set of art again. Unless you DL 0.1.9b, it is useless to you.I'm about to start the game for the first time, well...still downloading it, my question is, for what are the patches in the OP? is that an incest patch or is it for something else?

There is no need for a walkthrough. You just go to the people, talk with them to gain affection and level up. Only hidden thing are the cards but there is already a guide in the OP.

Boomatica I'm dealing with that too. It's why I've bought this house I've just moved into. Cuz when he's gone, my grandmother isn't doing well either and my mom's getting slower. It's hard for anyone and you made the right call. Best wishes to you and yours.

My condolences Boomatica I lost my partner to a major stroke back in 2018. Before that I was a full time carer for her for 15 years so completely understand your decision. You my friend are a hero and I admire your decision 100%.

Right now, if you have a girl to 100% at her current level (so she's 100% in level 3 or whatever), you will see the icon for that character as your screenshot shows. The "Under Construction" just means that the next event for the character hasn't been added to the game yet. Your progress is enough to have the event; that event just needs to be created and included in a later version of the game. In other words, currently there's nothing more to do to progress with that character.
