I see. It really did seem like that was a possibility due to Katherine's dialog about how attractive Myriam is, and Katherine checking her out. Hell the whole pool scene didn't really read as normal mother/daughter. But if that's the not the case then I guess that's all there is to it. Just really unfortunate this kink wasn't an option.

I can't speak for anyone else but for me Katherine having a lesbian experience isn't really the problem. Having a path around M/d is generally the point, as it's a very rare pairing. The only ones that come to mind with games that develop an actual path for it is AWAM and the dev for Dog Days of Summer/Mother Lovers Society. It's just nice to see it actually explored more.
I still check out the game, but it's definetly lost one of the biggest draws for me. So I can understand stahalles frustration.

exactly what haywire said. we get so many m/s games here, hell nearly every male protagonist game has it. it was nice to see that we have a daughter in the game and she got love points. so i really was looking forward to some m/d scenes.
will the kids from when myriam is bathing in the river with the horse also be candidates for the assholes who could possibly dominate her?

There is a "path", but not as an exclusive romance, the path will turn around triangular relationship (man or woman), which I always explicitly said from the start.
There is no way around bestiality in terms of Patreon, you need a patch for those scenes, there are ways around the incest problems, but we all know that Myriam is the mother of her two kids even if because of Patreon we have to say they are step children.
no i mean the dialogue is kind of annoying when they allude to it but never say it.
someone should make that a separate one then, ask zorlun too on exactly what dialogue to change where and give it "unofficial patch" for a title with a star on the main page like other games do.
ofcourse never saying zorlun has anything to do with it just that he came up with it on his own and boom

A change of that type, requires modifying the text in the files with the dialogues to put back the references to the roles of Myriam as mother (e.g. in some phrases now is "Mi" instead of "Mom", or "Myriam" instead of "his mother"), and eliminating the compiled files from the "game" directory so Renpy recompiles them, but that also means the game will kind of "lose the memory of past games".
What I mean with the "memory loss", is that the saves from the game without the modified files will load and work OK, but doing the "skip" for scenes already seen, will not work anymore, at least till when a game is done again from a previous step going step by step.
It is also to be done with a bit of care, not just doing a blind search and replace, to avoid the risk of e.g. modifying a variable or a text that includes the "Mi" part, changing only the "Mi" into "Mom", creating errors.
It is also not guaranteed that, as in future Zorlun will need to develop the story on the line "Myriam and Anthony never married, Marc is the son of Anthony with another woman, and Anthony and Myriam have been together only a couple of years", the kind of change I am describing will not end up giving some text that is not fully coherent with the story.
In other words, for now a change of that type is in reality still possible, in future, it can bring to the same type of slight annoyance you are referring to, in the opposite direction (instead that being due to the changes done to please Patreon, being due to the changes done to keep the original line).
I personally agree that the changes Zorlun had to do give the feeling of something being a bit wrong and kind of forced, because improvised, and to a great loss of the complexity and difficulty for Myriam in how to deal with some situations (and thus on the development of the character) - but unfortunately, that has to do with the way Patreon weighted down on him.
Other games may more easily do the kind of patch you are referring to (although with awkward "tentant" where is very visible it was "mom"), because they were made from the start to be in that way, it is not the case for Myriam.
As far as I know, it is the first time Patreon tells an author that even if he was to make another version or patch in another platform (where the key concept is the one of "other platform") that kept the incest or even just family link (Myriam being married to Anthony, even if Marc was not her biological son), they would ban him.
If I guessed based on some past post and some other post from Zorlun, it is more probable that at the start it would be like Myriam giving them something to look at (it was already one of the possibilities in the first scene with them), and then help them exploring their sexuality (which can actually cover a lot of ground and future interactions).
At the same time, if the Myriam the player created with the choices over time has a strong submissive side, plus having the motherly caring, a bit like Marc exploited that in the pre-Patreon censorship version, it would not be impossible she puts herself automatically in a kind of submissive position, and the kids could then learn things that way and exploit it becoming dominant (given also some reference to porn and the new porn star they made).
But I would not count on that, if I was you. It depends on at least two factors: 1) what choices the player has made and makes for Myriam; 2) if Zorlun wants to allow that possibility.
For the 1), I would say it would not be impossible, for 2), I can be completely wrong, but I think Zorlun has excluded that possibility, although he had indicated the kids (but not undeveloped, to say it brutally, they can get it up) will come back - unless Patreon complains also about that.
Till now, the episode at the museum, depending on whether one went for the "lewd variant"
:-D and the metro were occasional, and may or not fit in what you would describe as "dominating" her - but Zorlun seemed to indicate despite some words, the metro guy and younger ones and the students will not come back.Charles if "something" happens says he should "make her is", but the only one who makes explicit reference to dominating Myriam is the priest, if one goes to confess .
So, aside the priest , the only ones that had clearly a dominant intention, actions and path, were Anthony and Marc (if you allowed Marc to do it).
But Anthony is in principle definitively out, as for Marc, not sure.
It seemed Patreon had raised issued even with the fact of being family in any way, but if you look at post number 3608, Zorlun is now indicating that Marc will come back - it may be that saying Myriam and Anthony were together but suggesting no marriage, was enough for Patreon.
Even because it was not a small change: first, they were married for a number of years with children and Myriam was the one with the money that Anthony married to climb up; now Myriam and Anthony have been partner just for a couple of years, without being married and each having had their own child with someone else before.
The other option for that type of "domination" situation indicated was the curator as possible lesbian path where she would be dominant over Myriam, but I don't know if that is still in the plans, and I don't know if that would fit in the options you would like to see

Wish all devs would move their games off Patreon to really fuck with them
again what you describe is not incest and i still stand by what i said, that someone could ask zorlun what changes to be made.

Yeah tell all devs to walk away from the biggest plattform for making money with their VN's. Thats literally the only reason they are on patreon and as long as the biggest community is on patreon devs will go to patreon.Patreon wouldn't give a shit because smut games are by far not their biggest source of income.
Yeah it's annoying, but it's just something you got to put up with I guess thanks to Patreon and their sudden moral compass.
Well as long as zorlun doesn't make any content that would contradict anything or make things confusing if a fan would make a hypothetical patch, it should still be doable

That is very disappointing to hear. I guess it's my fault for just assuming but I had figured that given the nature of the game both kids were viable options and to me at least it did seem like that was the direction the story was building. I will admit hearing this takes a lot of wind out of my sails as that was the path I was looking forward to the most.
Best of luck with your game but I'll probably no longer be following it.
