It's extremely easy to get around it. Just include it in the Prometheus patch. Whether or not that will happen is, of course, another question.

If Marc, his (step)son, was a lovable character, then the relationship between the two would be great content. But Marc is a crawling worm, so I've always pushed him away, and whenever possible I kick his ass so that he knows where such little crap belongs... And it doesn't bother me that this makes the game content less...
Well, I was not thinking about that honestly.
If you go on the first page, the "OP", from which you download the game here on F95, you will see there is the link for the incest patch, which effectively sends you to that post.
I made it available, and I even provide the mega link, but then, it is up to the moderators.
I guess doing it this way also simplifies their work, instead of having to get the patch from me, upload it, and update the link every time, they just put the link to the post once, and then, everytime I upload it to Mega and I update the post, it is done.

People who play a lot of incest games will understand, even though I can not really explain it well. Content between 2 characters that are related is usually a LOT different than content between unrelated. Just taking a random LI and making them related with a patch usually does not work that well. There is also the whole "We cant do this, we are related" dialog that wouldnt exist in the latter.
I've said this before, all the patch really did was change what Marc called Myriam from Mom to Mi. I've been playing since before the Patreon crackdown on incest and in my head Marc is still Myriam's (step)son and Myriam is still his (step)mother.
Mostly, but not only. I did have to change some variables updating, add some dialogue and options in one menu, change some dialogues, and change the bios. It is the reason it is not compatible with the WT, and even the attempt at mixing the two, is only partial.
If it had been really only a matter of just changing Mi to Mom, it would not have needed to be done manually, it would have been enough to do a search and replace, and the WT mod and it would mostly probably have been compatible with out of the box.
Maybe you should check the code before you make some statement ;-)
Are you sure he'll be ok having to share her with a load of other guys? Particularly if they're hot, muscular dudes with a lot of experience. Marc might be ok having her fuck his friends, where he can hand out favours and feel he's in control. Perhaps you're thinking of how things are in your playthrough. But that's not necessarily how things are in other playthroughs. It should be remembered that, as Zorlun has said, there isn't one true version of the game, but rather, all of the content which he has included as possible is equally valid.
Perhaps in your game, Myriam is the one who's ultimately in control. In my playthrough, Myriam is in control of very little, with anyone. And Marc has already made her do things which she didn't want to do, on more than one occasion.
The only hard limit which is written into the game so far is that Myriam won't allow Marc to involve Katherine. When he suggested it, she put a stop to it and shut him down for a while. But since her return from the hospital, with Marc's assurance that he won't ever try to involve Katherine again, he's been gradually retaking control.
For the second part, you are forgetting the modern possibilities of hiding the face and even altering the voice. With modern instruments (a computer not too basic, for the speed, and software, for which there is even free versions), it can be some postprocessing, but it is not necessary to be a mega pro expert to do it, remembering also that the customers of such video are not interested in a show off of Hollywood blockbuster special effects, they are more interested in the "fapping effect"

She indulges Marc in private, because she thinks he needs to feel like he's in control, instead of the reality where he's become 'piggy in the middle' between her and Anthony. Marc's control over Myriam is an illusion. Whenever she thinks he's gone too far, and puts her foot down, he always caves in and start's acting like her 'duckling' again.
Alright if she's sub, she might enjoy getting dominated by Marc. But for her it's just a game, and one that has to stay firmly behind closed doors. She'll never take the risk of involving Marc in anything as public as Porn. She might be tempted to risk her own reputation, but never his.
It's not a question of whether they could get away with it. They possibly could. It's whether Myriam would ever agree to it? Even if you can hide identities, it would never be totally foolproof, and I just don't see Myriam taking the risk of it being discovered. That's not to say Marc won't have a threesome with say Crystal, or that he could become involved in filming Crystal and Myriam with each other, or other guys. I just don't think he'll actually be in the videos himself.
But I'm also not convinced that he'd be totally ok with Myriam having sex with a load of other guys in porn videos. Most guys would feel threatened by such a situation. And Marc is not the most secure of guys. It's one thing for him to know she's sleeping with other guys besides him and another thing entirely to see it. When she slept with his friend, that was only because he wanted it to happen, he was in control of what was happening. But if she starts doing porn, he won't have any control over that at all. That could make him very jealous and feel very insecure.
This is all hypothetical of course, because none of this may ever happen.
