Would love to be done with Patreon, but once you're in it hard to shake it off, I will keep actively pushing supporters towards SubscribeStar, but I think it will take time, I'm giving myself at least towards the end of Project Myriam, in hope of starting the next game only on SubscribeStar.

Please notice, the walkthrough mod and this patch are not compatible, because both modify the code. Also, the combined mod contains the full walkthrough, but not the full of the incest patch.
For the ones tempted to eventually complain about the insertion of incest by me in the game, please read the text below before making a fool of yourselves getting in all kind of rampages (and yes, it already happened in the past).
If you look at the posts going way back, you will see incest was in the game from the start, both Katherine and Marc were supposed to be children of Anthony and Myriam, who were married, and there was no Thomas.
Patreon intervened threatening to kill Zorlun's funding through them if he did not remove incest, and if he had anything to do with incest distribution anywhere - thus, he created a Thomas as father of Katherine that had never existed before, and made Myriam and Anthony not married, because Patreon had said that even "step-something" was not OK.
Effectively, Zorlun himself had never foreseen for Katherine to get involved in all kind of sexual shenanigans like potentially her mother, but Patreon told him explicitly that even having Myriam and Katherine involved at the same time in some sexual act in the same room, even if not with each other, was not OK, so, useless to ask for Myriam to do "stuff" with Katherine, or for Katherine to do something with Marc, that is not going to happen (not only for Patreon, but as said by Zorlun, also for his choice).
So, I did put incest back on the table, but I did not create a new story, the main story line is the one of Zorlun.
I just put incest back in, while trying to keep a minimum of coherence (so, with incest, Thomas becomes the lost first love, Myriam can mention incest as a tabu kink with Dr Silver and look for "incest-themed" porn on the Internet).

, I just did the little revision I wanted to do and uploaded it, now i do not plan to touch it till the next update by Zorlun. he realised that Myriam was expecting, so Katherine is in reality his and Myriam's daughter, not Anthony's and Myriam's daughter., I just crossed different real situations.. In the original, Thomas did not exist, Myriam was Anthony's wife, and Marc and Katherine, their children.
After Patreon's intervention, Zorlun was forced to change, so he created Thomas a first husband of Myriam and father of Katherine, dead due to a cancer, and Anthony as father only of Marc, but only living with Myriam, not being married to her.
This is all known, but just to be sure everybody remembers...
In the incest patch, I kept to the original story, Myriam and Anthony married, both Marc and Katherine their kids, to accomodate for the "appearance" of Thomas, he just became Myriam's first love, keeping to the tragic death and thus contrast between Anthony (negative) and him (positive).
In this update, Zorlun put a situation where Thomas appears in a certain context and interacts with Myriam, making also a reference to Katherine.
The interaction, and the fact overall the message that Myriam derives from it is positive and gives her even more confidence in continuing to go in her direction of exploration.
Notice, to avoid confusions about the word "confidence", this only means she feels good about herself, and +/- about leaving Anthony (although he is not mentioned) but there is still a lot of game in front - so, it is still perfectly possible that she will end up in a "bad end", or anyway submissive and/or a sextoy and/or whatever other scenarios that you may consider negative or anyway associated with her not being in control).
Also, this does not mean she may not have ended up being someohow "put down", submissive, or somehow used and/or abused in some situation in the game by others.
Effectively, one element even plays, even in Zorlun's version of that situation, in the hands of the line where she ended up with Anthony while seeking somehow "protected by a strong man", especially in a moment of psychological weakness.
Assuming I could take out completely that interaction with Thomas, I would have altered too much the story, something I always wilfully refrained from doing and I had engaged myself to avoid.
So, i found a way in which to keep the interaction with Thomas, I kept Thomas being a positive and protective figure bound to leave an impression in Myriam soul, while allowing still to keep Myriam married with Anthony as first husband (though I do not even explicit he was the first) and Marc being her son (thus the incest).
Zorlun cannot officially distribute and endorse the incest patch, but I mentioned with him my idea, and he did not see anything against it, though of course he did not see the incest patch for 5.02 (or any other version, for what matters, exactly to avoid involving him in any way with its writing and distribution) before I released it.
Now, if you really want the detail of the main change I made (not as text line by line, but "concept"), read the next spoiier, longer than the modifications I did, otherwise, just play the game with the incest patch
It is simple really.
Through changes (mostly additions, some longer, the smallest adding a "our"), Thomas reveals to Myriam that after he died, from above
When Thomas was dying, he pushed Myriam not to let the mourning for him to stop her from pursuing her happiness, asking her explicitly not to stay alone and found someone, so after a short while she went with Anthony, who probably she knew already from her father's company.
I do not make it explicit, it is just the background idea, that can fit because having had to insert Thomas long after having started the game, Zorlun did not get in too many details about exact chronology Myriam-Thomas-Anthony, and even allow an opening for the idea that Anthony may have been "vulturing" for before, waiting for the right moment to the slightly depressed Myriam playing the "friendly moral support by I actually only want to get in your panties" game.
Then when she realised she was pregnant, they got married, and Katherine was born apparently a month or so premature, in reality, a month or so late, so neither Anthony nor Myriam realised the truth.
I recognise is a bit of forcing, but aside that it is a game, not a medical textbook
Without a long explanation, the famous "nine months" are not an exact science.
AFAIK it is more diffused to have it a bit early than later, but I did know one case that arrived at ten months, they were ready to induce contractions (or they even induced the contractions, should ask the mom, I know her) to push the baby out because they were afraid.
A premature of realy seven months typically needs an incubator to survive, but there have been people born around 8 months without problems.
And it is in general considered that most women will feel clear signs already at maximum at the second month, but there have been cases of women who did not even get very visibly bigger or get any problems till when were already a few months in pregnancy, so could not have realised it immediately (some lucky lady, even got almost till the end without any diziness and stuff like that).
Even the eventual absence of menstruations a month or so may not be noticed, not all women have very regular menstruation (knew someone who had to assume the pill for some years to actually regulate very irregular, although also very painful, menstruations) and even that can be influenced by various factors, even psychosomatic.
True, I am not considering all the possibilities and exams that could have suggested the reality, but in the end, it is a game, I a not trying to fake a medical dossier

Preview Scene - Chapter 5 - School Day
And here's the new preview for the coming double update (sorry for the delay, as I said before this month and the next will be tight for me), a scene following Myriam mostly along a day at school.
The first part start the day at home, with a little funny/horrible event in the pool depending on the player's choice. It's a bit of both a silly moment and a deeper one at the same time that came up from a supporter idea and which became sort of a commission, but I'll let you have the pleasure of discovery. ^^
The second part jump to school after a small ellipse with Myriam ending her gymnastic tutoring before following up going to look at Marc's own training with the basketball team. This subscene will have multiple way to go depending on Myriam's relationship with marc as well as choices made during it, leading to a bit of teasing and potentially different naughty subscenes. (This is what I'm actually still working on right now and that I would like to finish up before going on my week vacation early next month.)
The third part, that I'll probably work on when I'll came back from my vacation, will revolve around our dear school principal, which will have a variety of way to go depending on Myriam's relationship with him and how their last date went (if the player went on a date with him).
IMPORTANT DETAIL TO REMEMBER: This month will not see an update as discussed in a previews news, this month update is merged with the next month one, due to the two month being nightmarish planning wise for me irl and with my yearly week vacation next month (and that's without forgetting the whole Patreon debacle that happened the previous week).
