Well, I know the question was to Zorlun and not me, but...
Played AWAM once or twice, dropped it, as it sounded to me like milking (though I had not started sponsoring, so, cannot complain) - I like a good story, even in porn games and porn (don't laugh, I still remember an "alice in wonderland", definitively a porn, but with a story, and an actress that was very cute, not "inflated", and who could actually even sing and act, though it was a very old one, 70s), but the story did not impress me especially, and AFAIK it is a slooooooow progress and development (especially if you compare it with the almost monthly release from Zorlun ;-)).
Never played project Sage, but I did play, effectively sponsored, GGGB - it has been quite a long time I have not played it anymore, but I did play it a number of times, some even after I started playing and doing the patch for Myriam, I really liked that game, all the possibilties, even the drawing style.
As Zorlun says, I also would have liked to see some extra thing there, but not so much to feel it is not a good game to enjoy.
Though I would say it is anyway very different from Myriam - if you are liking Myriam, do not see them as alternatives, but rather as complementary.

No, since I started my own game, I did not touch any other adult game, I wanted to avoid being influenced.

The possible endings reachable will be a mix of choices made during the game (meaning the flags you have or not); some stats threshold; and some last minute choices made by the player (to let the player explore a few endings he has unlocked without having to restart the game a million times over).

There's no need to compare one with the other I think, they are not the same games and in the end, it's always a question of tastes, some will like what's in one and some what's in the other.
I think it's more interesting to have different genre of games out there, it's more things to explore for the players and to play depending on your mood.

It's funny, it brings me to mind one of the thing frustrating me in video games now a days, the huge dark gothic horror esthetic we have in most, if not all, souls like games, ever since Elden Ring had it's massive success, every single game of the genre (and even out of it) wants to do the same esthetic of dark gothic horror that gives you monsters that look like HP Lovecraft horrors, they all look the same, weird grotesque horrors with teeth, arms, tentacles, and other crap everywhere... It's sad to see all those game wanting to do the exact same thing.

Well, it's just human nature to want to copy what's successful. For all the talk of being original, most people will defer to a thing as a model, that made someone else successful. Unfortuunately, it is what it is.

I've only played AWAM out of those 3, I still play it as it was one of the first Adult VNs I played, I don't mind the slow burn, I see this one as a faster burn AWAM sort of, but I like this one a lot as well, of course there are things on both I wished would have been put in both of the games.

AWAM isn't slow burn, it's NO burn. Pure milking.

I'm surprised that Zara Scarlet would make such a comparison. If you play this game out to Ch3, you can see far & away, the differences in the two. AWAM is said to be a "slow burn" (in Actuality, it's more like trying to start a fire with wet wood). There is some slow burn with a couple of characters (Lucy, Nubia and the detective whose name escapes me) and then there's branches that lead directly into hot sex (the two patrol cops, Guy & his friends from the museum, Charles). Still, there's one branch where there's a naturally growing romance (Cleavon route). PLUS, there's WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY more Actual sex scenes than the blue-balling AWAM will EVER have. I thought Zara was more astute than that.

I never said it was the same, I said it was a 'kind' of parody. By saying that, I'm clearly inferring the opposite of what you suggest above. It was the commenter, I was responding to, who suggested that Zorlun remake 'A Wife and Mother', but with all the sex. My response was intended to be humorous, because this game already is 'a kind of AWAM, but with all the sex'. Notice I did say a 'kind of'. I said that specifically, for all those people who might immediately jump to the erroneous conclusion that you have.

This game contains many similarities with 'A Wife and Mother'. Both the MCs have a sexual relationship with their sons (Marc was her son in the original),both have husbands who neglect them to some extent, both have a sexual relationship with a sensitive neighbour's son, both become teachers at their children's school, and both are encouraged by a sexually adventurous close relative to become more sexually open. Eve and Sophia's sister, are almost identical characters. But like all parodies( and remember I never said it was a parody, just that it could be construed as such) this game takes those similarities to extremes, and so unlike 'the blue-balling AWAM' this game is in fact a total sexfest. It may be that Zorlun never intended this game to be based on or even a parody of AWAM, but it's clear it was heavily influenced by it, even if that was a mainly unconscious influence.

Myriam is based (physically) on a real friend and ex of the author, Zorlun. Actually, he even revealed here (so, I don't feel bad in saying it) that she had even bigger breasts than Myriam, one can imagine the physical effect on her back, and effectively Zorlun indicated she had had to have reduction surgery (and yes, I know people are more used to the idea of women getting fake big breast, but reduction surgery does exist).

There are clear plot similarities between this game and AWAM. Now it might be as you say, that Zorlun based Myriam on someone he knew in real life, but there are also many similarities between Myriam and Sophia, at least when this game starts anyway. And Sophia's sister and Eve, are almost the same character. So maybe it's all a coincidence as you seem to be saying, or perhaps Zorlun was in fact unconsciously influenced by a game, that he states above was one of the original inspirations, for him to start making this one?

Most game Devs are influenced by games they've played in the past. Just as most authors or film makers, are influenced by books or films they've read or watched previously. That's just human nature. You often are influenced by what you already experienced. And it doesn't matter how much you try not to be. Inevitably, such experiences get incorporated into your subject matter, even if you aren't consciously aware of it. Hence, Zorlun stating above, that he doesn't play other Devs games anymore.

It's not that surprising really. This was his first game after all. And most first creative works are derivatives to some extent of other existing works. Very few people have the confidence, to create something that is completely different from what has already gone before, at their first attempt. What we can say about this one, is it's one of the better adult game derivatives. And if it is a kind of derivative of AWAM, it's much much better than the original.

How do i install the Merger Mod?!

First off, I want to thank Zorlun for the game, Joker for his WT Mod, and ouch2020 for his I-Patch.

So what I made is a semi-merging patch of Joker's WT Mod and ouch2020's I-Patch. I manually compared and injected all the I-Patch dialogue over to the WT Mod and fixed a few typos I came across. (I have only done a limited amount of testing, so please tell me if I missed anything).


Why a semi-merge?
Well simply put, I am not a programmer. So there are a few chunks of code, and a couple of stat changes that I couldn't port over from the I-Patch myself, either Joker or someone else with the know-how will have to go in and port those things over themselves (to get it all working properly). With that said, if you want the 100% I-Patch experience, you will still have to play ouch2020's I-Patch like normal.


Saves.
This is pretty much the WT Mod (with the I-Patch dialogue injected into it), so any saves that work with Joker's WT Mod will more than likely work with my patch too.

Inside the unzipped file, you will find a game file that you should copy and paste over the existing game file, and agree to rewrite the files when prompted.

I can see the link in the two for sure, they have the the same body type... The thing is that Druuna was in my head for a time when I started the game, with the 'weird events' notably, but if I staid more grounded (meaning not going too much into the fantastic) I would definitely love to go for a setting like this in the future (meaning an heroine following some fantastic adventures in space or multiverse... In fact it's kind of in the cards for next game with all the ideas I have). ^^

Both her and Myriam have their own distinct appeal, though I am a huge fan of Druuna's look, I've always liked voluptuous brunettes (being half native American myself).

Ehm, "neglect" is a gross understatement, I would say :-D.

But like all parodies( and remember I never said it was a parody, just that it could be construed as such) this game takes those similarities to extremes, and so unlike 'the blue-balling AWAM' this game is in fact a total sexfest.

In this phrase, you are still talking like assuming Myriam is meant as a parody, while Zorlun was always adamant it is not the case - he may have been more or less unwillingly influenced in some aspect, but never meant is a parody - effectively, more than one of the aspects you mention as support for the parody classification, are present in n games, it is more the combination and how they are put in the game/story that changes it.

You are both at light years of distance from reality, Serpieri is Italian, and the design of Druuna has less than zero to do with "native American", whether with that is meant one of the tribes of North American, Indians from Amazonia, pre-Colombian central America populations... Although apparently she was very popular in USA (did not know, honestly).

The inspiration for Druuna came from a volouptous (that, yes) unknown Italian woman taking a swim naked (which most probably means illegally, hush hush , I don't think at that time there would have been a nudist beach in Ostia, which is close to Rome), and Valérie Kaprisky, a French actress (so much that I remember a V4 character which was Druuna but also Valérie Kaprisky), though at the same time, if I remember correctly, Valérie Kaprisky was beautiful but was less curvy than Druuna. (Edit, just checked again, and I remembered well, definitively attractive, but way less curvy than Druuna)

One thing that can console both of you, is a reference to temperament like the Brazilian, but honestly, I suspect Serpieri was a bit biased by stereotypes in Italy, otherwise he would have known there are also other countries were women can be quite warm in a certain type of contexts ;-).

Interesting read... thanks. I never take open and thoughtful counter points in any manner other than how they were delivered .
Serieri has long been one of my biggest artistic inspirations, along with the early works of Richard Corben and David Cho. With Serieri's portrayal of Druuna being as close as possible to what I considered the ideal woman should look like.

BTW I do remember that V4 version quite well (iirc she was free, named Bruuna, even came with her own hair) it's a shame that model never got upgraded.

I went from memory of what Serpieri had told in an interview as well as in some art books I have from him, but those memories coming from decades ago, I might have my facts wrong. ^^

Though taking a look at the book, "X", written by him and talking about the genesis of Druuna, he's talking about the Valérie part, and then as I said, that in the drafts and firs pages of Morbus Gravis, she looked a bit native and then her features lightly changed and evolved... (and I'm paraphrasing him here).
