There are several images for shooting that are either completely mislabeled or incredibly misleading as to their actual tags. Peta has it particularly bad but Ava also has a few questionable ones (such as the one with a chalkboard in the background that is somehow 'living' instead of 'school')
I don't get it. I seem to have a little money at the beginning of the game I take a few photos shoots and that money decreases and nothing seems to add money. I get a few pop ups suggesting I do things like buy a studio or upgrade the starting girl both of which cost more money than I've ever had.... And nothing makes the money go up.
Thank you for this complete feedback! Indeed game is missing some parts that will (I hope) put more and more interest in unlocking other girls. In the same time, girl count will increase so that leaders and other thing will be done by others. All of this will come in short time as it's planned for 0.11

Tips for getting money quite fast at the beginning: focus on shooting, unlock as much photos as you can afford, and try to match customer request changing after each photo. Sometimes it's better to stop before going out of photos as one terrible miss (0 matching attribute) will reset the whole bonus to 0.1%.
Once you're making solid income with shootings, you can go on the records and corrupt to gain more and advanced scenes. Then you should be able to unlock some skills for a skyrocketting income on records
Actually you need to hit the recruit button to lower her independence.
Hey, super enjoying the game so far. Definetly hit a bit of a wall for challenging the leaders (beat the 2nd one 5 times, and the 3rd three times). Is it fair to say upgrading the right-side skills makes the leaders a little easier?
Also, sorry if this is a noob question, I've modded girls for WTM Academy before and I was looking at how you set up the files. Is this game mod friendly? I.E. would adding (for example) anal .webm's to Peta break the game? I'm no game dev I just don't see a .config file in the girl's folders so I wasn't sure if .html games were just different.

Hey thank you, I'm happy you like it! You're right, upgrading the right side of skills applies for battles and should help a lot. Also, you can use the corrupt function indefinitely to get more positions in each battle/record so that you can reach goals.
For second part, you can only replace assets for others but in the moment there's no config files as it breaks the standalone build when doing it. I'll sure find a fix but it wasn't in priorities.
As development goes, I may focus on this part because it seems a really appreciated feature. Not to mention that I'll have to make a copyright-compliant version if I want to progress further...
Edit: to fully answer, mod files will likely be in JSON format, something easy to modify

Hehe yep I'm really thinking of it mainly because I can handle all the dev part without problems but for content and arts, it's just not my thing ahah so if content is manageable it would open wide for many possibilities and save me lot of time to do what I can do efficientlyThanks for the quick reply.

Ran into an error that worked in my favour while playing. It seems that when selecting skills for any of the ladies it only took the skill points from them and not the money needed or blue and pinks diamonds so I was able to grab skills for everyone pretty quick.
As far as the update it self goes I think even without the skill glitch I had all the girls I wanted unlocked and everyone corrupted in a couple hours tops. I use Yin to make money(all she is really good for since her shoots can't win you monthly awards and she can't be used in leader shoots), Peta and Ava I use to take on the leader shoots and everyone else to make money win awards.
Tip for anyone struggling with cash get Yin to Blowjob 2 as quick as you can and get all 5 doggy style for her. Follow the reccommended scene when possible but if it asks for something you don't have the energy for use blowjob and then back to doggy. She makes me tons of cash this way. Also ignore picture shoots once you get a girl who can record well, you only get awards from the recordings so the picture shoots on later girls are just a waste of money. In my game the only girl I did the picture shoots with was Yin and that was just until she could do a good amount of scenes in one recording.
