I'm honestly wondering if the people rating this 5 stars have never consumed any other content before.
I know people have different tastes but some things are just objectively shit, I might watch a bad movie because its funny but I wouldn't give it 5 stars because I "enjoyed" it.
Why do I feel this way?
Disjointed story
Awful characters (nearly all of them are backstabbing bitches at this point)
non sensical plotline(s?)
Not just bad English (which I can look past) but just bad writing in general, it seems the writer never had real interactions before.
Point being, a kinetic novel with bad writing doesn't deserve 5 stars ever. Yet there are multiple 5 star ratings, hell if you read them some of them aren't even about this game (idk how that happens).

Isn't the update kinda small considering it passed like 4-5 months after last update?

That's something you'll have to get used to. Reviews on this site are mostly shite. Some people like the look of a particular character and will give it 5 stars for that alone, others rate games for their "potential" and not what's actually there. Some people rate games higher to counter low ratings. You'll get the full spectrum of stupid.
If you want to get a semi-accurate picture of a game just ignore all 5-star and 1-star reviews.
Yeah I've noticed. Though in the case of this game the 1 star reviews are spot on. I've played this and wouldn't give it more then 1 star. Especially when comparing it to games with great writing, I'm almost annoyed I can't score it 0 (because 1/5th the score of the top games still seems like too much for me).
I don't know, I find reading the 1 star reviews that actually comment on the VN's content informative. That said I generally agree with your comment.
Have you actually played some of the low-effort games on this site? This game is anything but low effort. The renders and animations alone makes this game objectivly more than one star regardless of what you may think of the story
I can't find the new contetnt, It's the same end of v 0.7.3 in the bed with the grils. How can open de new content?
You probably have applied the incest patch which is not updated yet so either wait for an update to the patch or start again on an unpatched game

A kinetic novel is all about the story and writing. If that didn't matter I'd just go look a a 3dcg gallery. Just because a turd is shiny doesn't make it less of a turd, in this game the "good graphics" (last time I played it wasn't all that great and characters looked odd but ok) is the shine of the turd.

Hey speaking about the game being a turd. Did the LIs fell further down the drain this update?
When the VN started it was ok, a lot of childish situations but hey it's porn. Then it took a turn with the backstabbing and drama. Its ok and all but with the long spans of time between updates it has gone nowhere for the last two updates. Have the characters develop more neurons and start moving the plot forward or do they keep chasing their own farts?
