I think the main reason is that this game is barely ever "updated". Look at the update notes for October and most of the notes are just busy words. There was one (arguably two?) animations added. The rest is all not relevant information. Unless you are using a Lovense device, perhaps. That Unity 6 still has holes, and said holes are being patched is going to happen no matter the engine. I see updates all the time for game engines. 11 bullet points, and one could argue as many as 8 have no bearing on the game whatsoever. It has been this constant stream of bullshit for years.Hmm, I appreciate it but I'd really rather not download anything. I'm just more curious as to why it happens and what other games it happens with.
"Lets update the game engine from U5 to U6"= we are going to do fuckall for 6 months and collect that money.
"Lets move to Japan"= we are gonna get censored again and need 6 months to re-censor all the things that we spent 6 months de-censoring from the move away from patreon. Oh, and they spent 3-4 months censoring things in the first place years ago to keep in line with what patreon standards. Was that one single wolf animation worth 4+ years of development time?
I can not fathom how the security updates affect unity development. It does not invalidate written code (at least not for me). Why that is on the changelog baffles me. 4 of the 11 bullet points are directly related to Lovense, 2 points were unity updates, and 2 more bullet points were fixing code errors. One could make the presumption that the first two bullet points are really the same thing said two different ways. What's left after that? Three elements that actually pertain to the game? Pathetic.
