The dev note was taken from Patreon, where the dev distributes a censored version of the game. That's what he means when he talks about "this site", he doesn't mean f95zone. The content that is censored can be uncensored with the patch in the original post.

Please stop using dodgy download sites like uploadheaven and others. Just tried uploadheaven and got a program on my system that I can't seem to delete now, it wasn't the game as it was only about 140mb instead of the 280mn+ it should have been.
