No, the game isn't a "landlady" one, won't make sense here in the story.
Well, for me no milf. She's probably early/mid 20. The girlfriend of the MC's older brother.

The previous update cycle altogether took 2 months, if this one is also 2 months we would have the new update around the end of May.
(The dev never said so though, so don't take my word for it!)
