Just incase no one saw, he released a 0.83b update yesterday evening that fixed both the Takao issue and the problems with affection not rising. I'd share it, but I've maxed out my mega account usage....
killing bitchs give you chocolate when you start the quest and loot the bodys.

Kawakaze(2/2): In addition to the above, it is displayed when the act of Yamakaze is completed
Yamakaze (+1): 30 Relationship points, and give Chocolate (Do a chocolate quest after you get 30 points)
Roxie (+1): 30 Relationship points, and defeat H-Request Mobs (with Meiko)
Takao (+1): 30 Relationship points
Akari (+1) & Sexy Dance(+1) : 200Coins (50 coins each, advance with the fourth time)
Meiko (1/2):defeat her
Meiko (2/2):defeat her, Only Roxie's H-Request Mobs pop points? (The range is limited)
Kaya(+1):defeat her

BTW, you have to have candies (and mb a chocolate) in the inventory to make Kawakaze come to you after a phone call. Or it's pure random and I just got 10 in a row messages that she was busy studying.
