Not really, they are over there wondering where the update is and "getting no communication".
I am fine with waiting, I am just hoping that it will be worth the wait. Such a promising start and I want more. But I can be patient, I know that they are working on it and other projects.

This was an amazing start & we all want to see an update.
However, I am a bit worried after checking out Polarity.
I saw in that thread that last update was 6 months ago.
This does make me concerned about devs ability to run 2 projects simultaneously without one or both suffering for it...

well he seems to be avoiding the 3 months since last update and it's abandonded, rule.

It is not 3 months and abandoned, it is 3 months with no communication from the dev, and it is abandoned. This dev does provide communications, so not abandoned.

Great game so far. Really hope the creator keeps it going til the end.
Exactly, some dismiss our opinions just because we're smart enough not to patron before we know who we're funding. All those patrons that pay no matter what are the ones that encourage delays and milkers!
Based on the updates, I don't think the delay has anything to do with Alorth.
There's tons of people in there complaining about Polarity being abandoned, more than 6 months supposedly. I had a feeling, but ya I definitely won't become a patron if he expects me to wait half a year for an update for Radiant.
You are 100% correct. However since that rule allowed the "Dual Family" game and other such games to be considered active for years without content, perhaps the mods should consider revising that rule. That's what I'm saying, and, likely, what others are implying.
EDIT = and if for SOME reason people really like that rule (couldn't even imagine why), perhaps add a new "Slow as Fuck" qualifier to a game development. Name subjective to change of course.

i dont know why everyone is complaining iv just finished playing the first part of this game cant wait for the next part the graphics are amazing the story is great so i do realy hope it does not get abandoned as i will be showing my support for this game on patreon so i like to know im not wasting my money

No way they will change the rule to game get abandoned tag if there is 3 months without an update.
That way like 50% of the games should be marked as abandoned.Even the most praised ones.
Not to mention it is really stupid to try imposing on the devs to release an update every month,or every other month.

The reason it's "Slow as fuck" as you claim it to be is because every person currently working on Radiant is also working other titles as well.

While you are entitled to your opinion, I don't see that happening. Why would this site, a pirate site, who pays zero money to the devs be able to dictate how fast a developer will work, how often they can rest, what projects they must work on, whether they quit their primary job IRL. You want to try to enact change because they are not doing stuff as fast as you want, start paying the dev money, then you can complain all you want and they have to listen.
Other wise, the rules on this public, free forum are that if the dev communicates every so often, the game is not abandoned. If the dev asks (or states) they are going to go on vacation or take a break, it is put on hold. Beyond that, just let the river of life flow and try out some other games (including others from this dev).
I have strong feeling that authors just milk patrons. I could understand Connected's and Come Inside's devs. They had main work then after that made their games. I can remember ICSTOR with his 8 months of update said to cancel paid to patrons.
There is literally no news about progress. Polarity had update long ago. And 5k+ $ on patreons can made authors quit their main jobs for games. And 800+ patrons is huge responsibility. Are you try make new version fast if you take that responsibility or just make chit-chat. Or not take responsibility and just milk patrons?
There have some devs that make huge updates with less cash from patreon. What can prevent that devs make fast and good game? If they dont have time with their main jobs so they can told that for their conscience so some patrons can pay to another devs that make games. It's because that have nothing else to bandy about. If they weren't bandying about the lack of updating or the amount of time since the last update, they would be bandying about something else about the game.
Especially since it has been so long since the "last update". Which, ,as you know, they would be bandying about if the last update was last week.
Dammed I finally had time to play this! (rendering animations is boring...). Loved this game! So much potential, and it is really well made! Thank you for this and keep up the good work!!

I hate to say but I would have a hard time living on $5k a month where I live, cost of living is too high. I would have to sell the house for sure and move into an apartment with a roommate. Hmmmm good start to a porn game ...
