If you're not far in the game, just start a new one and just hold CTRL to get where you left off.
I don't know how the cheat option works.

A note about Chapter 7's August 20th release date:
Chapter 7's original release date was going to be set for July 31st - August 6th... but because one of the developers is traveling to see family (out of the country) in June, 2 weeks were added.
After the August 20th (or earlier) release of CH7, the 4 month release schedule will be resumed as normal.

Do the pure choices ever lead to sex? The description suggest a strong no to that question but usually in this games the options are between lustful and romantic sex, not sex or no sex... so is this game unique or are the pure routes just a real slow burn?
Depends on the girl. For Olivia yes, pretty sure it will for Brooke. Otherwise some pure choices don't matter as much, others will cock block you, like Vanessa's.
For main girls I think you can still fuck them on the pure path, for the side girls I'd mostly go with the lust choices since they seem the least cock blocky.
does it really matter if i choose pure or lust options? is there any real difference in content?

All paths lead to sexual content with the girls, it really just comes down to the type of person we want our MC to be, how things play out in the leadup, and the type of romance we want with the girls. Pure MC is very selfless and respectful. Lust MC is more "grabby" and forward.
Pure MC: "she seems nervous, maybe she's not quite ready to push things further. I should be respectful."
Lust MC: "she just needs a little push and she'll be ready, I should see how she reacts to..."
But for the most part things will still mostly play out the same. Think of the paths as interchangeable... meant to tailor the experience to our tastes and make the game feel more dynamic, rather than majorly changing the experience in some way. There's no 'right way' to play the game, everything is created to make sure we can choose whatever we want.
The biggest gameplay and content differences are between the Dark and Pure path. Lust is meant to be more middle of the road. So if we like being very romantic and sweet, we'll make a lot of pure choices. If we just want to corrupt and have the most content, we'll make a lot of Lust choices. If we want to be an abusive dick and treat everyone badly, Dark choices.
If you look at the Dev Notes, it specifically says the game is not designed to require players sticking closely to 1 path or manipulating stats too much, but rather to just choose what feels right in the moment.
ONLY ever making Pure choices would make the game feel very bad imo, because obviously someone who is "pure" isn't going to cheat on Brooke in the middle of their date with the waitress. But everyone's different. If you want to fuck someone/cheat on someone, do it. It won't have consequences unless you make blatantly dumb choices and go out of your way to try and mess up relationships.

I'm not trying to be rude with you, I don't know if you've just never been to a restaurant with friends or family or what... but do you sit there and listen to what other people are saying... or do you focus on your food/friends and chat openly amongst yourselves while paying little to no mind to everyone else?
It's not like they were shouting. They were having a quiet conversation together... and outside of the obvious joke where the waiter approached right at the wrong moment, nobody was payin' attention to what they were saying to each other. If this is what you consider bad writing to the point of quitting the game 6 chapters in, you're in for a wild ride with some of the games on this website, lol. It's just a strange thing to get hung up on.
The MC is a guy who spent a year + in a coma, and who knows what he 'dreamed' about while he was in a coma.
Now, he has spent countless hours recovering from the coma and he gets lucid dreams about a woman central to the most significant event in his life up until the car crash.
Is it psychic, are the dreams a kind of premonition, is it supernatural/paranormal?
We don't know.
We are still early in the story, and we don't know what other Gracie encounters the MC will have and if they vary based on the different paths the MC takes for the triplets.
Is it unusual - sure, but for a story-telling device And given the MC's unique circumstance, it's not creepy, just a bit mysterious.

The changelog is referring to the replay menu during the "big scene" at the end of CH6, not a gallery.
