Anybody know if the game will be available to buy outside of Steam? I'd like a legitimate version after it goes to 5.0, but don't particularly want my friends list seeing it

As a German, Germany has been sucking more and more since the late 80s. By now I feel like I have no home anymore.

Case in point, how the fuck do I keep the game from switching back to German? It was German when I started, I switched to English and it was fine, I played a bit. Now everytime I try to load a save it switches back to German.

The reason these games are banned here:
A government agency is literary sending a takedown request manually for every single game with nudity to Valve.
This agency wants to force Valve to implement better age verification for "protect the children" virtue signaling.
Uhh... virtue signaling...

Sounds like a giant waste of tax money. People will find a workaround, e.g., using a VPN.

Well actually its because someone wants to enforce the law. The rule is you need a strong age verification in order to watch play buy porn. Steams age verification is, well not there. So they said steam you know you could get in trouble for that how about implementing some age verification. And steams said... so if I ban those games from the german marketplace, then I wont have to change anything at all right? Thats where we are.

The best way around this right now is, that developers release the game without any adult contet, and have a patch on their page where you can add it back into the game.

It makes little sense to me given Germany's sexual consent age is 14. You can be 80 and be having sex with 14 year olds and it is not even be a crime. Their rules on porn(real actors or VN's)is 18. Logic seems lost in the entire EU.
