I can't believe I'm late...and if I'm not mistaken my comments are being moderated before posting still, so this will be even more late.
Since i'm getting no complaint from the dev (triple checking that theory right now) i'll likely update the gallery script a few pages back and link it here after I get done playing the update--I don't want to spoil it for myself lol.
When I can finally upload here i'll make something a bit more along the lines of an actual mod so i'm not just handing out the devs script, I've been learning as I go but its moving along pretty smooth since I already know a few low level languages and I've made a few others for my own use that are more legit.

I actually need to remove it anyways, seems I bombed that script by not checking my appdata saves. I did fix it to unlock both galleries without any invasive factors in your code for all future versions as well--but I'll wait for permission regardless.
I honestly enjoy the story enough to the point I wouldn't have even bothered unlocking this game, which is likely why people are yapping, it is linear and I don't mind that, the story is still one of the best i've read in quite awhile. I do usually just unlock galleries and jump the story these days...i'm not going to drop any other names and fuel this fire, but the only other games I look forward to the updates on this much lately is one pretty well known game and another where the devlogs are as funny as the game.
You keep on trucking...its rare that devs ever find that balance of story and sex--and you actually have.

I sure hope so....ignore the haters, this is one of my favorite games here right now and I was only actually using it for learning when I just fell upon the gallery. (I apologize if that was an issue--say the word and i'll remove it)

They are actually just guests in this game as they are mean for another game. They wont be used by any guys because it would be some sort of pre-game ntr for the mc in the other game. I'm sure there would be something to complain about there, anyway. They are kind of "crossover" characters.
They will be lewded though. Just solo stuff.

Ratings are only meaningful in context. Extremely niche games that appeal strongly to fans of specific fetishes that are the focus of those games and are not played by very many other people are far more likely to get high ratings because most of the (far fewer) players are superfans of those fetish(es). High ratings without a large number of reviews are always going to be skewed.
More general games - that avoid the more fringe fetishes that have loud proponents but that are largely unpopular with (or at least not actively sought out by) the majority - will vary in popularity/rating according to mostly the quality of the games themselves...BUT good games of this type also often suffer from maliciously/myopically low individual ratings because the devs have committed the terrible crime of not focusing on the personal favorite fetish of individual players. So "average" ratings can sometimes be just as misleading as some "high" ratings can be. There are a lot of petulant children our there who think every game should cater to their personal tastes and instead of just moving when a game doesn't they will sometimes go out of their way to be dicks by leaving bad reviews on good games.
For me I will usually avoid games with overall terrible ratings but anything in the middle or above I ignore the rating and just decide on my own whether the renders look good (to me) and the synopsis is at all interesting. I end up liking some games much more than their 'rating' might have suggested, and others wth high ratings I find to be awful. Bad ratings let you filter out the garbage nobody thinks is good, but mid or high ratings are affected by things other than game quality so I never put much stock in them.

From my glances through them, most of the lower ratings seem to come from folks who lack the ability to read tags. Most of the low ratings complain about the lack of choices (been tagged Kinetic Novel since the very beginning) or the age of the models (also been tagged loli from the very beginning), or the monster girls which, say it with me now... has been tagged since the beginning.
Dev also implemented a way to hide content people didn't want to see, for those who just outright ignore tags and play everything anyway. And then they went and ignored that setting and bitched about it having the things that they hated, that were tagged and were able to be switched off in the settings with ease.
Yes, MC does some dumb things at times. That is definitely worth a bit of the flak involved, but that is hardly new territory for MCs in anything, much less VNs. The lack of sex could be frustrating for anyone who thinks this was meant as a porn game with a bit of a story, instead of the horror story-based game with some sex scenes in it that the dev always proclaimed it to be since the very beginning.
But beyond that, every complaint I've seen about the game is for something that is blatantly tagged in the OP and then has been discussed over and over again in the thread. So if people are going to ignore the tags and refuse to even glance at the comments, they kind of get what they deserve and should not be able to leave a rating. Unfortunately, there is no way to enforce that. So we just have to deal with dickheads that can't read bitching about the same things over and over and over.
I'm just wondering if Agatha may become younger and better looking? As I understand, she is a few hundred old witch, just like Isabella, so she can also make herself to look whatever she wants.
I mean, I know some ppl may like old wrinkled grannies, but this is essentially loli/milf game, and as she is likely to be an unavoidable LI, it may be rather crigey for youth loving folks like me to be involved with her (as I understand the game is heading that way).

All of her scenes will stay optional.
it will only make a small difference in the game if you choose have relations, or if you dont. It doest affect the story at all.
She is, however a character that will be present in the story. It's up to the player if they want relations with her or not.
She has had her first sexual encounter in ep. 7, but u can choose to not do anything with her.
The game is headed in the way that you will have the option. NOT that you will be forced into anything with her, or a few of the other characters. If you make assumptions, you may be wrong. Especially when it comes to somebody elses plans.

Erica/Naomi content-skippable
MC/Agatha content-avoidable
MC/Karina content/avoidable

That's what I'm saying. She has a great body but her face turns me off. Within the game's universe she could transition herself into a younger shape like Isabella, because she is a witch and it's their known property to keep themselves young.

since the dev doesn't want to answer me. put this in a file called "Unlocker.rpy" or whatever name you want in the game folder and it will unlock the the images and replay gallery.
should work for any future versions as well.

Undetermined at this point. I know where the story goes, but breaking it up to allow for some of the LI content will push it for longer than just getting to the point. (which is what is supposed to happen anyway, lol)
