Yes; any vaginal encounters (at least with humanoids) have a chance of pregnancy. There are two potions, one of which disables pregnancy, and other highly increases its chance (they disable each other). Later in the game you also can get main character (somehow) impregnated by wolves.

Note what one of the story quests requires going into the orc camp, which only becomes accessible after giving birth to several orc babies. You can re-disable pregnancy afterwards.

This is actually terrible.

There should be an alternative. Forcing a player trough unwanted stuff is dimply bad design.

edit: you have to talk to Lazarus and Elyna few times after that put on micro bikini top and bottom and go to oasis in desert
