Just didnt like how game dictates for you that it should be only you first who takes virginity

I'll add the option to these scenes in the future. Though I'll also have to add more dialogue to the initial route branches, in order for it to fit their character and relationship.

Been a while since i last played it, so I'd appreciate a reminder of some past events and reasonings:

Why did Oruth have to/wanted to buy the elven sister he himself kidnapped and had captive rather than just take her? It's like someone who stole a car, but then put the very car they stole up for auction only to buy it again. Just why? Feels very convoluted, not to say forced, in my mind.

Especially considering who that he was and his less than sunny disposition and personality. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he didn't touch or had his way with the girl prior to us saving her, but the way the events unfolded in the story just... It'd make sense if a different gang had her and he was going to buy her, or something of the like.

Am I missing/forgetting some crucial piece of info that justifies this sequence of events?

The climax of Act 2 had some issues on release and was mostly rewritten in following updates. There's still a few lingering problems like what you've described. I'll take note of this and improve it in the next update.

There will be more scenes involving him, including opportunities for the FMC to play a more active role and be penetrated. I just didn't think it fit the FMC's character to be banging her boss on the first opportunity. For Valerie it's a bit different since she's a succubus and they're just acquaintances.

It gives an achievement on Steam.

The mod is suggesting it because of the achievement and because picking it just sends you back to that same choice after a very short scene.

I've largely enjoyed it, the characters are likable, the story keep enough of my attention. I was delighted I could keep denying every opportunity to take Valeria's virginity. Understandably the first swinging scene wasn't going to go full intercourse, and it shouldn't, that's too fast and sudden.
But then the second swinging scene, the threesome, I go right into penetrating her. Not even tempering the scene with only going as far as oral for the two of us.
Of course, I can just skip it and wait for another swinging scene instead, but the "I have to be the one to do it first" part irks me. She is still a virgin this far in the game because I have to not be the one to do it first.

Ah well, more content coming in due time. I still enjoyed the majority of the time I spent on it. Good luck and keep at it.

Sounds great! I'd settle on Lucius fucking her, but if the mood of the scene doesn't hit right, being able to wait for a chance she can have her first while the player isn't present would be great(love that I can give her full freedom like that), and all without cutting off sharing with Lucius in the future. Keeping her a virgin this long is cruel and somewhat foolish anyway. Sex is her source of power and sustenance, and starving her of it is not the way to survive the threats you face in this game. It is pretty neat that the game lets you do so, though.

That's not the point, the game lets you not take her virginity but forces you to take it anyway is just dumb... why can't others take it? What's the point of the label sex partner in the UI in the first place if it's gonna be your name anyway? The game keep track of her virginity yet there is no other option....

You do get the option to tell her she's completely free to sleep around or that you have to be there and she can't do it on her own. So I think that well covered that matter.
