Ok, don't know if this is reported, but there is game-breaking bug if we pick option with Cascade "i'm busy at the moment, i'll just meet you there in a bit". After that, game won't let player to change clothes - closet give "nothing but clothes here" message instead one we get if we picked first option from dialogue.

Shit, I'm sorry I told you the wrong spot. Go to the front doors like you are leaving the house to trigger the cascade scene of her changing. THEN go to the park. I just tested this so it shoudl work

You mean the completely optional scenes that you don't have to do and can skip? So since it is not forced upon you then it is no longer in that category.

have you completed the quest to unlock the construction app on the PC? What does your hint system say you are on? main story wise?

Purchase the new wing for the house and then go send vivian an email at night, there isn't a construction app on the PC
