Have you tried Subscribestar and Itch.io? Many devs migrated away from Patreon in favor of these.
Which one have you tried? Give a shot to Windscribe AND try to change user agent/language while browsing (anonymous browsing obviously, you don't want cookies from past access)

The developer has posted on Patreon some information on his next release.
The blonde sitting on the sofa is absolutely adorable! Maybe the best girl yet.
Here is what the dev said:
- 10 (!!!) new characters added
- Completely redesigned earnings method. Now 10 different girls comes on casting, and you can train them and raise their level, forcing them to do more and more humiliating orders.
- Changed storylines where you had to share slaves, now it's optional

The redesigned earning method is a GIANT IMPROVEMENT to a game that is already excellent. Now, everything will be entertaining.
I like sharing the slaves, but many don't like this: now it is optional.
But the main reason I'm posting is because of that gorgeous blonde on the sofa.
Note that she is almost crying -- this suggests that she has a personality.
Currently, only Chloe has a personality. We feel that we know her better than the others.
Personality can be conveyed mostly with words. For example, we know how Chloe is feeling about her submission because the story tells us.
Some girls are naturally submissive, others are cryers, others use their body to manipulate, others like bdsm because they like the attention they get, others like to submit because she likes to inspire the man's pleasure, others only for the money, others unwillingly . . . and so on . . . Thus, there are many possible personalities for the girls. If this element were added (and it can be added only by adding words), then this already excellent game will get even better.
