Maybe you got unlucky with the first move they do, if they start with double poison the difficulty spikes up. Also shields don't work against poison, since poison dmg is dealt at the beginning of your turn instead of at the end of the enemy's turn(shields reset before your turn starts). I lost 7times in a row I think you should rebalance the fight as if the only way to win is rng then all you are going to do is piss everyone off.Maybe you got unlucky with the first move they do, if they start with double poison the difficulty spikes up. They never did double poison for me. They started with 1 poison 1 regular attack. and each turn alternated. I lost twice in a row, and realized that the odds of actually surviving that combat is very slim due to how OP poison is.Maybe you got unlucky with the first move they do, if they start with double poison the difficulty spikes up. I'm curious, why unity? It seems renpy would do everything you do here? At least this game does not melt the GPU by rendering a still image with 2000fps like many other unity games
The intro fight with the 4 shadow girls is quite boring and teaches next to nothing about the combat system (yet).
And why do I need to drag&drop the shield cards to my avatar but can aim attack cards at enemies?
Same UI behavior for cards would be more intuitive. (Let me attack myself and shield enemies, why not, could be useful in the future )
Are there any action I can do when out of action points/cards? No? Then auto complete the turn please.
Starting of next turn could happen a bit faster too. You start to wonder if the End Turn click registered.

Also, I recall that i inflicted weakness on an enemy who was planning to do 5 poison to me. and weakness turned that to him planning to do 7 poison to me. which... shouldn't. and then IIRC he still only did 5 poison despite what it said
Making sure the cute ones survive for later use ;P...though shielding enemies? hmmmmm... interesting indeed...
