The NTR scene isn't something you're forced to watch, and it doesn't affect the main story either. It's entirely up to the player's choice, so why would you go out of your way to view a scene you didn't want to see?

Affected main story or not, knowing MC is a cuck doesn't give me good vibes.

So what type of NTR is it? Seems to be NTS with the few details given. To answer your question, some people don't want their MC to be a cuck just like like I don't want my MC to be the classic gay. Wouldn't want an MC that fucks a dude who looks just like him.
I personally don't have the best of memory so when it comes to the stock, I tend to forget how much I bought them for. Maybe it's just me, idk, if so, personal tip, show like a percentage of how much you get, or lose if you sell your stocks. That or like just how much you bought it for so you could see if you actually made a profit. Made a save yesterday with stocks bought and forgot all about them, went to check the prices when I got back on but couldn't remember how much I bought each for. I don't know anything about coding or making games so maybe that's not easy to do but just would make it easier when trying to buy/sell them to have a way to see.
Also, maybe it's due to me playing it online from a site, it's how I found the game, decided to look it up after when I found this. However, when it comes to the white-haired bartender girl in the Ace club, whenever she shows up, I get an error message immediately, so I have no clue what any of her conversations are about. Attached a screenshot for the first interaction with her when you initially go to the bar. Also attached my save files for that save as well. Like I said, maybe it's due to where I'm playing it, and it not being downloaded from here or an official spot, it was just how I found the game. Site says it's the same version as it is here.

It seems that the gallery unlock file is causing a crash with the main game file.

I will say I'm not big on NTR myself, but I also get that everyone has their own interests, admittedly I have avoided a few games due to seeing the tag on them. However, imo, so long as it's not a main character, or one you see a lot, I personally don't see any issues with it. I do sometimes like the side characters more than the main ones though, so it's a tad bit iffy. If it's a character you never see, or hardly ever see, then no issues with me. If it's something like I've read where you'd literally have to go out of your way to get it, and that it's optional, then sure.

Hmm... I hadn’t really thought about it that way.
I did mention to patrons about a month ago that I was working on an NTR scene…
What I don’t really get is — it’s a hidden scene that only triggers if you specifically go find a side character and choose the NTR option. It’s basically like the scene doesn’t even exist unless you go looking for it.
My game still mainly focuses on netori and blackmail-style domination, so I’m honestly wondering… is this really something worth getting that angry about?
Am I just lacking empathy here?

1. Person gives you money assuming 100% of development time is going towards content they'll consume
2. You've assured them that you won't develop X content that they dislike
3. You develop X content, so now their money they spent supporting development isn't 100% "efficient" in terms of their preferred content.
For this game, obviously, NTR is a very small part. But for a lot of games it's been a slippery slope. The amount is irrelevant, it's that it's no longer 0% and that's worrying for them.
