Well, I haven't played the newest update yet, because i didn't even know there was one because i have NTR filtered OFF. Seeing that tag there is a tad disapointing. Usually when someone enjoys a game, you go out of your way to clear all the content. So it being "out of the way" to find, really doesnt matter. You removed a scene with one of the girls being intimate with her husband, which was a show of respect to players who dont like that type of content. But then putting in NTR later on is kind of weird to me. I've been following this game for a while so it is a bit shocking because every sign led you to believe this type of content wouldn't be here.
Agreed, NTS is probably worse in my eyes. If my friend said his girl cheated, I'd be like "ah damn that sucks man" and try to support him, but if he said "I like watching my girl get fucked" I'd lose all respect. Anyway, dev lied, thats the issue here. If he had said from the beginning this would have cuck stuff ntr/nts,swinging (aVoidABLe) etc then people would have just left , instead of surprising people with the addition of it and obviously getting mad as they should, who likes being lied to?

I don’t even understand what part of it is supposed to be arousing. So even while creating the scene, I kept thinking, “Is this really something people get off to?”
That said, some of my patrons requested that I include this type of content.
I figured that if it was just a side character and only accessible through a specific choice, it wouldn’t be a problem — so I went ahead and made it.
I do apologize for going back on my word after saying I wouldn’t include NTR.
But I also believe my patrons’ requests matter, which is why I added it.
Moving forward, I plan to continue adding more requested scenes from supporters — but always in a way that doesn’t affect the main storyline.

I don't mind it, especially if completely optional (and really optional, not the BS it happened offscreen and you don't see it). However even as an option, if not upfront and honest, people will act as if they were catching COVID ... so you should behave accordingly.

If you would have said upfront you was going to have cuck content in yo game, most people who are not into it, would have yeeted the game right away and gone with their day. Then make a video and post it on your patreon for them. Dont ruin your game for it. Also maybe make a poll instead of listening to a few ppl is a better method. See where the money is really coming from.

Personally, regardless of preferences and requests, I think adding scenes that you want to add and that you enjoy creating are the path to success. If you were into NTR, I'd say add it, if not then no. IMO, bending to polls and requests is how a game becomes slop. This isn't an NTR specific thing, it goes for all fetishes. If a dev liked foot content, even though I hate that, he'd probably benefit from adding that to his game. Passion and enjoyment is tangible I think. Good luck with the development and don't let people get you down. You made a mistake with promising things and going back on it, but that's life. TLDR I think building a support base around the content you want to create is the best path, not creating content around your supporters. And to be clear, apart from absolutely vile shit like scat etc, there's probably not a more hated fetish.

Honestly, depending on how people look at it, NTR is technically already in the game, just you're not on the receiving end of it, you're the one doing it to other guys. Emily and her boyfriend, Sofia (I think that was her name at least) and her husband being the two I know of atm since I've only gotten to the Ace club.
I myself don't see any appeal in it, but I also understand that you're wanting to put the supporters first. As I mentioned in an earlier comment, I've avoided a few games due to the tag, but I've also played a few without even looking at the tags so I didn't know it was in the game, most times it's avoidable.
My only question regarding it, is it a character we've already built a relationship with, so we already know them pretty well, or no?

Yeah personally i'm not a fan of patrons dictating content, whatever the genre involved. The artist's vision matter more, within reason of course. And then it should be up to customers to decide if they share that vision or not.
Giving some voting content and options to customers is ok... but there is a fine line to not cross. We see quite a few games not moving and progressing at all, or progressing in the wrong direction, because of patreon polls and what not

You're kind of being obtuse here. Nobody on this forum refers to Netori (MC cucking others) as NTR. NTR is basically reserved for Netorare and Netorase here. The (eventual) tag update may fix that.
Honestly? I don't really like polls at all. I've seen games where a subset of supporters decide they like a certain LI the best, etc etc and from that point on 80% of the content goes towards that via polls and the game just becomes stale as hell and a cash grab.
Ahh, ok, I'm still somewhat new at understanding the whole tags for that. I didn't even know what NTR was until a few months ago when I ran across a game with it in and looked up what NTR stood for since I didn't recognize the tag.
Ah, all good man. The tags on the site have been waiting for an update for a long time. Generally on this site, NTR = Netorare and Netorase. People don't really have a problem with Netori though. As far as tags go, Netorare is Netorare, Netorase is usually tagged as swinging, and Netori as cheating.
Adding content just because one person throws a large amount of money your way and by that going back on your word and even ignoring everyone else, is the biggest mistake a dev can make. Going this way, you're going to alienise your larger part of supporters.
In addition you should know, that this happend with harem/vanilla/netori games before. Someone with too much money throwing it in the direction of the dev a few, so he adds controversial content in it, even if he (the dev) doesn't like it, just to screw with the main supporter crowd. And after the main crowd had left, the malice people also left and ruined the dev completely that way.
My suggestion, if you want give your supporters more than early access, commission something, that they get, but leave it out of the game. And honestly, only produce content YOU like! Making content you don't like, will never be at it's full potential and therefor the supporter requesting it, will ask for more, taking up your time. And be always upfront, that's the most important part. Never lie or go back on your word.

nah i'm good. I can't trust yo word anymore sadly. and once ntr content is introduced, game is about over for me personally. Now the game is going to be filled with people who like NTR asking for more, and the content will be coming in drones.
Just some advice. For your future games, I HIGHLY recommend being upfront and honest to avoid situations like this. And I also don't recommend just bending the knee too the MINORITY of supporters (which most likely only a few, and not the main) because they ASK for something if you don't like that type of content.
Also just because they are supporters don't mean you HAVE to bend the knee at all. They support cuz they like your game that YOU VISIONED. That don't mean they should have the right to add controversial fetishes etc to the game cuz they are paying to SUPPORT YOU. Listening to feedback, suggestions, early access, extra content etc is fine. But demands that change the light of a game introducing conflicting fetishes? Nah.
now the cuck tag is here, people who don't like ntr in ANY CAPACITY got this game filtered out to the point it don't even pop up on the latest page. But to be real if someone truly does not like something, including you. They will not make shit they don't like PERIOD.
