Not to my knowledge. However, the dev had to pause developement as can be read here:Hello !
This games was abandoned?
Have a little faithWhy do I get the feeling he's disappeared again
Well, he said "See you on the next weekend update!", but it could mean "See you on the next weekend update, in six month from now" , after all that was 3 weeks ago..Why do I get the feeling he's disappeared again
That's the problem. If he hadn't mentioned "next weekend" no one would wonder why he's gone silent again and hasn't delivered anything yet. We would just be calm, just thinking that he's working on in again and waiting for him to drop the update.Well, he said "See you on the next weekend update!", but it could mean "See you on the next weekend update, in six month from now" , after all that was 3 weeks ago..
I guess all we can do is wait and hope for the best
TBH, I think the script / flow of the game needs to be rewritten, viz., reordered. I'm not saying scrap the scenes he used in the prologue. What I mean is the flow of the game itself has some issues. It would be much better to keep all of the prologue scenes but spread them out — as flashbacks, for instance — throughout chapters of the game.Polyrotix You created porn with art, and it's great, My congratulations. I just think that more porn reward is needed, for all the artistic content. That way everyone will be happier. You, the BEST
I agree but no it takes already to much time with development. To start all this over would take to long for Devs current position.TBH, I think the script / flow of the game needs to be rewritten, viz., reordered. For example, maybe Polyrotix could start with the MC waking up in the hospital and finding himself in a new body. He could then remember (in a dream, as a flash while having a headache, or other similar tried-and-true methods) the lightning strike and power surge. Hold off on the other stuff until the next release. Then, maybe he could have some fantasy activity with Priscilla or something (playing a boardgame, LARPing, etc.), which could trigger some memories from the Reincarnotica MMO.
He could continue doing those types of things as you go along — with internal dialogue to smooth out what might be confusing when prologue scenes are out of order. He would thus progressively tell the past while moving forward with the present. It would keep the plot moving along while also maintaining erotic content with all (or at least most) subsequent releases.
Note: I'm not saying he needs to do exactly what I'm describing. IJS that he could do something similar, which would make the flow of the game much better, especially eliminating the prologue as a huge swamp through which new players have to slog.
I think the game really suffers severely from the current flow; reordering things would absolutely improve its reception. I also think that now is the time to reorder things, while the game is still early in its development. It would be much wiser to make the change now than to wait for it later, and I believe this type of change will pay off in the long run.I mentioned something like that a while ago as well.

That sounds like a solid approach. Not that you need me to, but I concur.Perhaps over time, don't deny what your saying. But when he mentioned what type of education he does is very taxing. And the game already suffers from that.
Either way to probably do this properly you need proper funds. Or some very enthusiastic volunteers that would do it for peanuts.
You do need some experienced people for that. But he may keep his story/script very close to his hearth. So that won't help progress either. Can't blame him for it, but perhaps he could make a roadmap of the mechanics he wants to use of the environments/locations.
If I know how to Ren'py I would offer my assistance. But still need to learn it.
So Ideally speaking he needs to bring out more content to gain more momentum/popularity. And also at best regarding this if I were in his shoes. I'd Continue the story, hopefully to gain more funds and perhaps Hire some one to do the whole thing from scratch with the Better flow as you suggested. Till improved version catches up with the original one.
Something that could go very quick or slow.
I'm pretty sure you're right. Looks like the dev has disappeared for the third time in a row. Can't say I'm surprised. This game is abandoned
Last 2 times he disappeared he was gone for 3 months before making a post. So, my guess is that we'll hear from him in 2 months time.Hello, when will we have news?
