I'm not gonna lie, when i started to play this game, i thought it was amazing, and still is but i had to stop for a few att, and now looking to the changelog, i'm so lost, i play for 30 min more or less and i couldn't find any new mission or sex scene...

I guess that's opinion based since most people agree that the art has done nothing but improve over time. He's even replaced art that looked like stick figures with proper CGs which you can make out as females.
To answer your question, the game is far from the end and let's hope it stays that way for a long time.
Did you update the game?
Jokes aside, I think you can count the number of updates which didn't have any new content on one hand. Maybe take a look over the walkthrough if you're looking for the CGs specifically.

Rape yes but I don't think so on pregnancy if you have sex with the girls.
You can toggle pregnancy to go away when they become pregnant.
I just started the game but can't into story. Does it get better later on ? Right now it's like self insert fantasy for edgelords. The player character's design doesn't help it much.

The MC is the only problem I had so far.
He kinda reminds me of that edgy Sonic OC meme.
Yeah the design is terrible. i know he is suppoused to be this half dragon and all but i would prefer if he could turn those features on or off.
Not to be rude but if you play through the main story it is explained why he doesn't use most of his dragonic features due to his past. Eventually you will get to use some of it and even get a glimpse of his half dragonic side at a critical story moment.
I think you misunderstood what i was trying to say. the fact that he walks around with giant black wings and claws bothers me.
I'd try to explain how his personality is how it is because of his age and experiences and that even so it can change during certain dialogues together with his relationship with several characters based on your actions in the game but it sounds like you have your mind already made up. Also, if this is your way of requesting a "hide wings" option good luck with that since there are quite a few CGs with his wings in them
Well it's fine just this game is not for me. I tried my best to like it but the MC just don't appeal to me not just the design but the personality also. i don't like the story either usurping thrones is just not my thing but that is personal opinion. Not really terrible, just meh.
Though he almost looks like he's twice as old as the other characters.
I just don't like his personality.
Personally, would've preferred if he was a silent protagonist.
I think they're kinda better since you can somewhat make up your own personality with them.
And also kinda if we could rename him.
All in all, I feel like we're kinda playing like a 40 year old Sasuke from Naruto.
But the rest of the game is good.

Well the MC has a personality and develop the relationships with that,something that cannot be said of many other characters that are simply a white canvas that serve solely as an aggregate object of the story, and then again, if you want a generic MC you have tons of games, having said that If the problem is just a matter of design you can try Erolon or The Last sovereing, and if you just want good models of something like that, well you have even more options.

Personally, I have been in the game for more than 50 hours and just to add an additional challenge I decided to play with positive moral options only and prevent my companions and the people of my kingdom from having discomfort of any kind, which forces me to always keeping in mind what they want, their wishes and not simply to impose mine, the scenes at the end become secondary, but you have some that are really good like those of the vampire or the elves and the fact of having multiple character designs makes you end up fond of them in the end. Once you begins to delve into the history, the intrigues, the conspiracies, the conflicts between kingdoms I personally don't even look for the scenes. So in the end it is a matter of taste, there are good games, but made in RPG format sadly we don't have much because there are not as many as one would think ...
Personally I don't have a problem with Ryen's looks as I've always been a fan of dragons in general. And considering he's over 150 years old I would expect his virtually unchanging expression to be like that. Besides the actions I choose to make him do when I have a choice to make them relates to the kind of person I'd rather be, especially if I can avoid doing horrible things to others unless it is for justice's sake. I am a vengeful person when I feel like I need to get even for a terrible injustice. Ryen's character has the correct qualities for that without letting it consume him unlike his brother Raziel.

God...I WISH we had more options...
Sadly, the RPG Maker genre is all over the place in terms of quality...
When it comes to adult RPGM games, almost majority of them are about female MC getting abused and raped and also ton of Shota MC.
The rare moments you actually find an adult MC, most of the time he's an unlikable douche bag or the game's just about Rape, Mind control or NTR.
Finding good ones is really hard.
I agree with you when it comes to the overall market. I also don't like the female and shota MCs but when it comes to this game you can't deny the quality even though you don't like the the MC's personality, design or whatever it might be related to this character only. When you take all else in consideration the diversity of missions, the amount of things you can do and even the content(even if you like it or not, to each his own), let's be honest, there are games even older than this and don't have 25% of the content if that's your thing.
I'm just saying that this game has so much to offer if you're willing to look past the "crappy MC". Most of the people that keep coming back to this don't even consider this a porn game at this point. If you look at other games most questions are content related(how do I unlock that character? how do I get that CG? Where do I find X character?), but when it comes to this... well... this basically the player base:
Also, there is no Mind Control or NTR in this. And rape is entirely up to you except for one character's backstory in which you aren't involved.

There is no such thing as reversed Rape. Rape is Rape no matter if it's Women raping Men or Men raping women
