Just started playing and it seems like so far none of the choices matter, like you will make one choice and the game will just act like you made the other. For example if you choose not to walk in on Adrianna in the bathroom then you still have the conversation with her as though she caught you. The game will also assume you use emma's sleeping pills even if you decide not to, and even if you leave her room before doing anything she still wakes up with cum on her face.
Hope next update 0.24 will be very soon, cause 0.23 has ruined sex scene.
