I am following this game since the beginning. This is a piece of art like his (dev) other game (echoes of lust). He learnt a lot from echoes of lust and implemented in this game. Although the update was quite small but still a good one. Best of luck inceton
It is just the first episode and it plays more like a reminder of the last game and introduction of next characters / stories.
In next releases we will have more Mia (if not we will start a revolution!!!! Hahaha)

Before you facepalm my post think first where did my disappointment came from, I'm just expressing my sentiments not posting something stupid. I am a huge fan of Mia , I'm playing this game since 2017 since RPGM maker (My Sister Mia) the original title before patreon prohibit incest and I waited for so long for this SWM 2 because of Renpy Remake which is for me a worthless thing to do because it took a long long time just for an engine switch (No new or added scenes) and not to mention that the Dev's focus is on EOL and this is what I will get (blueballs) after the many many months and years of wait thinking that the next Episode will be a year of waiting again because of EOL

First of all let me say I wasn't aware of facepalm your post until you told me.
In many things I have the same opinion about the development of this game. Maybe I am less disapointed because I played SWM1 just at the beginning of this year and the waiting is different if you played more than 2 years ago, so I understand your statements.
But I am not just Patreon of this developer so I feel it wouldn't be fair to complain about the development or the things they do with the game. I can say what I think it could be better on other hand.
So I am happy to play this first episode and meanwhile I will play other great games that you can find here.

If you were such a big fan you‘d care about the integrity of the story to know that sex between the MC and Mia in the VERY FIRST EPISODE would be completely ridiculous considering how the first game ended. Not to mention you literally criticised it for having too much talking. Again, such a big fan, right? Honestly, it just sounds like the only thing you really do care about is having sex scenes shoehorned in whether they make sense or not. So if that’s the case, why not just go and watch porn?

And don't say watch porn video , this is a gaming site not a porn site , there's a big difference between adult game and porn videos , for example me, I like playing game but I don't want to watch porn video, because in game they aren't real , even if you fucked someone's mom or someone's wife you're not hurting anyone, none of the characters commiting immoral acts and commiting sin because they aren't real just like even if you murder or shot someones head in Counter Strike

In my version it always says [s_r!t] and [c_r!t] instead of mom and dad. In the first episode I could fix it in the home.rpy (and one two others), but I cannot find where to change it. Midly said it is annoying 
Would be great if there would be a fix to that or at least if you could tell me where to rewrite that

The first game was just a lust-fueled fuckfest, but I think a lot of us wanted the MC to man up and start to really develop feelings for Mia. I was shook when the game ended without that payoff.
MC's matured attitude during this first update fills me with great hope that a more romantic relationship could be in the works. And Mia's change of heart at the end of the update made me very happy.
I cannot wait for the next installment.
