I'd say the impact is quite clear because the reason Mia ran away is because she felt like the MC didn't care about her as much as she thought, so by telling her that he broke it off with the Mom will better endear him to Mia as it shows that her leaving affected him so much that he couldn't carry on with the Mom knowing how that it caused this. But if he carried on after she left, it may affirm her feelings that he didn't care as much as she thought and this may not stand you in good stead with Mia going foward.

I can pretty much guarantee that there will not be, the dev learned from the first game and gave you the ability to avoid NTR completely. Even clearly stating which choice lead to NTR.

While that is very true, it is unlikely they'll show it at all. Or maybe you cuck the boyfriend? If you go and play the first episode it clearly states that you can avoid the NTR, which I'm sure will be the same in this one.

There won't be. For one thing, those side quests in the old RPGM version were widely complained about for that very reason as were the moments she had with the Dad which is why the Ren'py remake removed those and made the Dad stuff optional and avoidable. Secondly, they don't do that kind of thing anymore so they won't do it here.
Well, her boyfriend isn't there anyway. He's conveniently off in another state or country with his band trying to make it big so chances are we'll never see him, or if he does return it'll be after the MC and Mia have started having sex again and she won't have sex with the boyfriend. Maybe a kiss, but that's about as much as we'll see and what she'll do.

I know the game is titled under Mia but I wouldn't mind a game called Staying with Mother or something lol. Seriously she was my favorite previous game. I hope if we choose the other option saying the mother ended things, later on, she regrets or finds a way back to MC so she can still get content in this sequel. Probably low chance and Grace will likely take her spot but I still loved my redhead, rip. Right now its no brainer to take the first choice to seduce Mia but I hope it changes as the game develops.
Also why does Sadie looks exactly like Emma? We suffered enough from the toxic maniac girls, at least put a different face to it.

I think most people (including myself) prefer Mia tbh. I wasn't a huge fan of the mom in the first one

Been a huge fan of this series, great to see a sequel. Good luck to the developer, just one suggestion - please consider changing Grace character model, i find her to be the least appealing. Just something off about that face.
