It's usually a question of implied consent.
Basically, there's a major difference between an MC who can actively pursue a threesome with two LIs, or where the MC can explicitly give permission for their LIs to do things with each other, versus a scenario where the LIs are being proactive and doing things without the MC (and potentially without the MC's consent or even awareness). The latter can inspire feelings of jealousy or loss of control, which is something most people don't want out of a game (hence the visceral reaction so many people have to NTR in games). It's the other side of the coin of why harem/domination/corruption-style games are so popular. Player control/agency is the appeal, and things that take that sense of power away become a huge deterrent.
Though it's not as if this is just an adult game issue - there are real world threesomes and polyamorous relationships that have basically self-destructed over that sort of scenario. It's why a lot of those sorts of relationships tend to have "No one is allowed to be sexual unless everyone is involved" rules. It's very easy to become incredibly jealous and vindictive when the person/people you love are getting off with each other without you.

I've been following this on and off and just today noticed a compressed version for the mac. Damn fine VN you have here! The story wanders a bit but it more than holds my interest and the ladies are very attractive. Plenty of content too and it looks like the next update is imminent. So hopefully I won't have to wait long for the next part of the story.

Definitely not my world view. In real life, I've never imposed rules like that, so it seems alien to me. Polyamory has a term, Compersion, where you find happiness in the happiness and satisfaction of your partners. Informed consent and communication is key, and smart polyamorous couples negotiate what kind of polyamory they wat. I know a guy who had a "I must be present the first time," rule but rarely required it after.
But yes, some of what you say about "The Perils of Poly," are very real. I need to remind myself to keep those in mind in my own game.

Definitely. What one person is comfortable with isn't necessarily what someone else is comfortable with, and vice-versa. It's why "This doesn't bother me, I don't understand why it bothers anyone else" can be a dangerous line of thinking. Especially when it leads to "This doesn't bother me, therefore something is wrong with you if it bothers you". Or "I like this, so you should just learn to like it too, or else you're being immature/selfish."
It's always a good idea in life (and pornographic game design) to remember that different people have different preferences, different fetishes, different annoyances, and different issues. If someone doesn't like what you like, it doesn't make them bad, or wrong. Freedom to make different choices and a willingness to be open minded about what other people like and what they don't can potentially head off a lot of problems before they become problems.

Normal version is so annoying to download without google drive like download sources... Compressed version have quality lost?

Compressed versions are typically fine unless you have 50 inch monitor and want to see 4k... I normally use the compressed versions once a game gets over 2GB... but that's me!

I never use them, but this game 4+4+4+2GB downloads annoys me... Everyting downloading this game becames pretty annoying thing... I can download 30GB via steam in 10-15 minute but this damn download sources even 4gb takes half hour at least...
guys do not bother to try the "update" it is not working.
if you copy the script file in the game folder the game not even gets to the main menu,and with the rpa file copying nothing happens game ends at 0.4
dev should learn how to make updatefiles before releasing one,and more importand he should test it.
