Too bad the term that's being translated, Maou, isn't a gendered noun and has a very specific meaning, which would make "Demon Queen" a mistranslation on multiple levels.

Female kings are just kings. Sometimes with titles there's no nuance - like duke/duchess are just equivalencies - but queen often comes with the specific implication 'wife of a king' rather than 'the female ruler'. For a sole female ruler, especially a maou, it wouldn't be inappropriate to refer to them as a king regardless of gender. It's more about the station than the ruler.

What a waste of a premise. It doesn't even make sense to format this as your typical violated heroine game; this should be a power fantasy where she can break down every member of the hero party one by one or w/e. It makes sense for a female paladin to want to preserve her chastity but you would expect the leader of all demons to already be thoroughly debauched. A corruption angle for a literal demon just sounds stupid.

Direct vs localized translation. Just because maou literally translates into demon king doesn't mean that demon queen would be an incorrect translation, just not a direct one.

Can you explain? As best I can tell while the term is gender neutral it simply refers to a ruler of monsters/demons, any title indicating sufficient authority would suffice regardless of gender.

For a demon "king", I think corruption would affect how far she is willing to do. I think an "uncorrupted" demon noble would be against normal sex, prefering to have a dominant position. A "corrupted" on the other hand might be more willing to be used.
