It wouldn't be that difficult to write it as a one-off event. For example ...I'm personally against it but if you were to do it...
I would have Space Beth already exist, having been cloned (or not) before Morty showed up. She's been out having space adventures this whole time but no one knows about her because her Rick died and her clone/original was never told about her.
That saves you a lot of exposition but lets you introduce her.
Since Space Beth's Rick is dead she can't get vengeance for the whole bomb in the neck thing and you can skip the Rick drama outside of a single scene of dialog when she shows up. From there you'd have to have Space Beth find out about Morty and Domestic Beth's relationship. You could even use the invisibility belt to do that.
Thinking about it Night mirror is right about Space Beth. She'd have to have a ton of different events to get to a Beth/Beth/Morty scene. It'd just take up to much dev time. And if you put it all into a Wild Summer sized event it might seem rushed. Then you have this problem of wanting more content for her but she never gets any because the cast is to big.
It wouldn't be that difficult to write it as a one-off event. For example ...
Morty and Beth receive a distress call from Rick, asking to be rescued from a sticky situation (the stickiest situation since Sticky the Stick Insect got stuck on a sticky bun). All other characters are off doing something, so Beth and Morty set out to find and rescue Rick. On the way they bump into space Beth. Then (using your exposition simplification) we skip to them on a longish journey through space, where space Beth finds out that Morty and his Beth are having an affair. At first, she is shocked, but because she is almost the same Beth, and even more adventurous, she is also turned on by the idea ... which leads to a threesome.
P.S. Space Beth hasn't had a human cock for a while and is getting sick of alien cock, so she jumps at the chance of riding Morty's big fat slong.

I look at it this way ... they are in an infinite multiverse, where infinite versions of themselves play out infinite versions of their story. Therefore, no matter what story we see on the TV show, or in this VN, there are always infinite versions of each event, so all things are possible, and the characters in this VN are not the exact same ones in the TV show, but very similar ones in one of the many multiverse dimensions. OR ... a simpler solution, stop over thinking it and enjoy it for what it is. ;PYou know. Here is another thought. Given it's pretty clear now that the creators play this game and follow it given the newest episode.
I wounder if the reason in the season opener, they had it so only Jerry was still alive in the Croneneburg/Morty's original dimesion, is cause of how the game is using Barbarian Summer/Savage ummer.
Cause i mean. The game had both Jerry and Beth die, with Summer having daddy issues/developing a dad complex That thankfully doens't seem to be going anywhere...yet. But the show had only Jerry alive.
I just find that interesting as if you think about it. it is a little odd that Jerry was the only survivorif you think about it. So this could honeslty explain it.
EitherSauce for the images please
Me, I'm adding Morticia to the show nextThe new episode it was literally porn dude wtf who of you work on adult swim?
Did they? at what point?Honestly, after the most recent episode, am I the only one shocked that they confirmed that Beth takes horse cock?.... I need more of that....
He misinterpreted the “like one of your fillies” line.Did they? at what point?
Or they try to write something as far away from the evil mainstream stuff as possible ?...i guess Justin Roiland or Dan Harmon like incest porn and try to share their tastes.
