Had no idea this was abandoned was waiting for an update. What a shame the quality was good and this was different than the usual in this genre.

What? Where did you get that information from? The game is abandoned because the dev disappeared a long time ago. There are several rumors because he is Russian, but that he left it due to "racism" is undoubtedly the least likely.

There isn't much BUT the closest thing I have would be :
- The game KHAN. VAE VICTIS It's a fantasy harem game where you as a khan conquered many kingdom and submit their queens to bear your children.
There are many different queens : white, black, brown, elf, orc, etc.
One of them is from a region inspired by africa, there the white people are considered slave but your MC is a very virile white man and you get to show their black queen that white people are certainly not inferior...
- You also have grandma's house a game with a white MC who has a very diverse harem, some of them are woman of color and you get to take them away from their husband. But it's not specifically the bleached fetish.
- You also have Little man, Your character is a shota and you seduce the milf around your house. One of them is a black woman and you can cuck her husband in his own bed when he sleep.
- There is also Thirsty for my Guest Where your main character eventually can have sex with a black woman (takes a long time into the game) in front of her black husband and the humiliation is total.

I have played every game you listed except for Little man. It looks like it has swinging and I really hate anything close to NTR and swinging. Shota doesn't help much either but it's ok, I guess. But thanks anyway for the suggestions.

From what I read it is a fairly smooth "swinging":
The MC has sex with one of her neighbors, and that neighbor's son fantasizes about doing it with his mother, so the MC gets to choose whether to let the neighbor and her son have sex (share her) or not, the MC doesn't really lose anything and is the one who dominates in the decision.

It may not be the best game, but Corruption by Mr. C. is pretty good as far as the MC is concerned, he is dominant, corrupt and knows how to defend himself very well, besides stealing every girl he meets.
Speaking of swinging, there's optional swinging in Grandma's House, albeit it's the MC being let in to sleep with the wife while hubby watches.
You're forgetting Bernice, the black gilf(I feel like she's 50+, so either gilf or cougar). Her husband is aware and at least on the surface appears to be okay when she 'services the holy child' (MC).
Corruption is okay, there's decent content up until you enslave the women. Afterwards there's very little content for them. And then there's a lot of side characters who didn't have much content even before being enslaved, but afterwards it's pretty pathetic.

thats not swinging. that evolves into netori if you are talking about the french wife. the husband of hers wanted to give her to another man for her v card. there is zero swinging in grandma's house.
According to the definition of F95's swinging:
It's swinging that, depending on the players decision, could end up with the MC NTR'ing her from her husband.
