I actually knew the band name based off the joke, but am terrible at remembering song titles and the associated artist. I did not know that song was a cover or contained that lyric.
Is "girls rock your boys, they cried more more more" in that song?my brain seems to think it is.
I'd never recognize the quiet riot guys divorced of like context though... They're just generic 80s band to my eyes.

Your memory of that lyric is half right. "girls rock your boys, we'll get wild willd wild" is the actual verse.
The second half you remembered is likely Rebel Yell by Billy Idol, "in the midnight hour she cried more more more, with a rebel yell she cried more more more".
it's helps that I lived through it, and can remember when the songs were new, not 40 years old.

Ah yeah it's the music of my parents so I listened a lot as a kid, elder millenial child of older gen x parents, it's got a soft spot for me, but isn't my music of choice.

But imagine how much fun the MC could have if he took some of "today's" hits and tossed them to the local radio station 20 years ago.

I am not a copyright lawyer or specialist so I don't know how delusional
this idea is - but I would Love it if Jestur could embed some of the great hits from the 70's/80's and 90's into the VN.I know a good modder could make a jukebox with these hits so that they would play randomly (or allow you to drop your own playlist into the mod and it would pull your playlist into the VN).
It would be better if they were synched to moments where the MC was first in the past - then he finds himself playing those hits in the present and getting the attention of the women of that generation (Tiffany, Scarlett, Jackie, etc.)
Hmmm - ChatGPT - can you set aside the conquest of humanity to do this 'worthy' task for us? Thanks...

I was thinking Scarlett and Alyssa need more screen time together but we are no where near the point in the story where that would work.
There are so many other women who I also want to enjoy more screen time with: Skylar, Tiffany, Jessica, Jackie, Krystal, and Darci among them.

Jestur has a number of Gorgeous MILFs that would make it hard for 99% of college girls to do anything but say 'Damn - how do I compete with That!'
