Hey! Thanks for the port! However, I realized some dialogues are missing/don't render. 2 examples are one with Jenny in past, after interview, and other with Darci during training, right after. Idk how to spoiler btw so I tried to keep it as subtle as I can.
Basically all other dialogues render, except for 1-2 dialogues in some of these scenes.

I tried the PC version of mod and things work fine in that, so I'm guessing it's a port specific issue?

0.7.0 of the mod used
I played a compressed PC version and was missing some scenes

I had no prior knowledge of the game and honestly it's hall of fame worthy. But a freaking time travel plot? Bruh... I almost smashed my keyboard out of frustration. This game is like ordering the most delicious A5 Wagyu beef and then someone suddenly dumps ketchup all over it. I mean I'm still gonna eat and enjoy it but... how unnecessary man. Just my subjective opinion of course.

Thank god the rest of the game is as incredible as it is with it's lovely characters, animation, ACTUALLY good dialog, clean UI etc... 9.9/10 and I will certainly support the developer in the future.

IDK how you can call a time travel plot unnecessary when thats literally the plot of the game. its not like the main focus is actually the MC passing school, the main story of the game is the time travel plot. Its fine that you dont like time travel plots, but its integral to the story way more than every other side story

Hahaha this bit won't get you many "friends" in this thread since most of us that follow this thread and game enjoy time travel plots  but I understand why some people don't enjoy them, it is an acquired taste of that sub genre of sci-fi that I learned to love since a young age.
I'll say, I don't hate time travel plots but I usually don't like them too much either because the inconsistencies tend to annoy me quite a bit but I really enjoy the one Jestur gave us. I love how the outcomes have already happened before the time travels start and it has some mysteries here and there, this seems very solid to me (at least for now)

Alright we have guys who say they like the game, but one doesn't like animations
My main issue with animations is when I can't click through them and they take like 20 seconds. The ones behind dialogue are great.
The time travel plot enables a lot of fun stuff, I'm excited to learn whether it's BttF rules (you can change shit) or HP rules (you can't change shit).
Also curious if any modern day LIs will turn out to be the MC's daughters. Would be a neat twist.

I know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic. Getting facial expressions to look right is the hardest, but there are workflows out there to do it, its just incredibly resource intensive and complicated.

I mean the time travel plot is fine. Something needs to happen I guess for this to be a story. I didn't know it was a thing in this game either when I started it and I was really enjoying the characters and their development before all that was introduced so I too feel it's completely extraneous and could just be a dude banging hot babes for no reason other than it's fun to do.

It does take a lot of game time away from the romancing which is my biggest gripe with it. But it's not as bad as several other games I've played that get so bogged down in their plot they forget that they're still a porn game at heart. Take last update for example, it was a whole ton of plot development and like maybe 5% sexy stuff happening. Hopefully next update is looking a lot more horny though. I hope at least a couple more girls get scenes this time.

The ai versions don't look bad to me per se. But they don't look like the characters I know and love from this game, at ALL. That is one of my biggest issues when devs change to ai characters partway through development. It significantly changes the look of the characters which is a bad thing when I actually really like the look of the originals.

Plus I can't really put my finger on it but ai art, whether realistic or stylized, just looks off to me. Soulless and generic almost, even when cleaned up to get rid of the usual garbage like extra fingers.

Oh absolutely, I think most people would not suggest switching a game's art style in the middle of development.

Its more of a way to illustrate how a future game and a future dev could use the same workflow as, for example, Jestur, and using Honey Select to create some renders and then putting it through AI to give it a different aesthetic.

I think there will be something off about AI generated images for a good while yet, but the technology is starting to get really close to being indistinguishable

As bad as the extra fingers are, it's the upside down vaginas with teeth that have forever scarred my brain and turned me away from AI for the foreseeable future.

Not knowing if the cutie you're looking at is actually some sort of Lovecraftian horror isn't conducive to a nice relaxing time.

Part of the problem is that their original expressions have all been erased in favor of all having the same smile. The first one almost avoids it because she's eating ice cream, but the wide open eyes rather than the sultry half-lidded look completely changes the feel of the image.
