My g, do you think I spend my life living on a forum? There's not only 1 game I'm following. Sometimes the easiest way to get an update is to ask a question.
And if you're a "supporter", you're doing a pretty bad job at it, considering you're alienating other potential supporters like me from the game with your pissy unhelpful "you ain't allowed to ask questions, u are supposed to know hurrdurr" comments.

Nobody here is a "supporter" as this is a pirate web site where you steal the game. Being here is the literal opposite of being a supporter, unless the game dev is not taking money, and posted it here themselves. Supporters live on Patreon and Discord.
Speak for yourself my g. I **am** a supporter, and I'm both on various discords, patreons, etc, and also pages on here for games I like, and I will either defend a dev if they deserve it, or shit on a dev if they deserve it. Yea it's a piracy site but that doesn't mean everyone here is here only for that purpose. For me piracy is a medium to test what I see before I decide if I wanna support it out of my own pocket. And sometimes that's exactly what I do.

Good on you, if you can afford it. I buy on Steam (or Itch) generally, myself, as I can't afford to just throw money at things indefinitely. However, don't kid yourself: Downloads from here are stealing (mostly), and test driving a car without permission (an official demo) is still Grand Theft Auto.

Discoverability on platforms like Steam and Itch is non-fucking existent for adult only games. Patreon, SS and OF are all walled gardens that don't allow for any discoverability on the platform. You can't buy ad space on major platforms for adult only games, and even if you could, it would cost devs more than most games will ever make.
I bought/support 40 games I first tried out on this website. I saw someone playing a game that, when I searched, it brought me here. I used that games thread to officially buy the game after I tried it out, personally. And if you DO talk to most of their Patrons, where the fuck do you think they discovered the game at?
Just because YOU refuse to support devs does NOT mean many other people don't.
"Pirate" sites are quite literally a necessary evil for the modern adult content space. Whether that's OF, Patreon, SS or privately operated sites. Unless you already have a massive, established Fanbase like some Twitch thot or IG model, you have exactly one path to draw eyes to your content - "pirate" sites. 99% of what is on Pornhub today exists purely to draw you to those chicks OF page. And that is literally the biggest platform in the space. And even PH, to this day, consists of mostly "pirated" videos. So enough with your fucking bullshit. It's not the first time I've seen you saying it, nor is it the first time I've called you out on it.

This site is also generally the best place to discuss these games as well, not just find them.
Even if I sub to a creator on patreon, subscribestar or whatever site they use, actual discussion on those pages is very limited.
The only place I've found that comes even close for discussion of adult games is discord. But I don't like being in a ton of different servers since generally each game has it's own. So I only join the discord for games I absolutely love.
So yeah, you have people talking about games in these threads who also actually support the devs by paying simply because it's the best option for that in many cases.

The last update was literally 1 day shy of 8 months ago...The game is not abandoned. The last update was literally a couple of months ago and not even a year or 6-8 months have passed.
The developer is also partially active in discord and gives some progress to the development in patreon.
You understand, after all, with each update the plot becomes more and the quality... as for the drama here, it's a common situation that is partly "off topic"
In my experience, the vast majority of people are completely incapable of telling the difference. There are several games updated in just the last couple of days where people are crying about AI models when the dev tagged the game w/ AI bc they used AI to generate the backgrounds. And to be really blunt, we'd all be better off if a lot of VA's and artists were replaced by AI.
I scanned in some paintings my ex did so she can sale them and most of the first comments were quite literally trying to claim physical paintings were AI art. I'm more than tired of listening to her break down about how she's going to be replaced by AI.
Make something that looks remotely professional and here come the accusations. Make something where you state you're using it as a tool for s specific reason, here come the accusations that you're using it for everything. Unless it looks like it's hand drawn by a preschooler, everything today is being accused of being AI by someone. Hell, AI art is quite literally based off of other peoples creations, which was based off of other peoples creations, which in turn were based off of other peoples creations. Neither the AI nor the artists would have been capable of creating the art we consume today if the artists before them hadn't created what they did.
For example, every alien depiction in scifi has characteristics of animals or humans when science dictates that it's incredibly unlikely that lifeforms from another planet would share any characteristics with how life on this planet evolved. Hell, we have a lot of animals that evolved from the sea to live on land, just to return to the see due to natural disasters taht would have only occurred on this planet. So we know alien life isn't likely to look remotely like anything we've seen before, and yet we're still incapable of conceiving anything that isn't derived from what we've already seen. We are literally no better than the AI we've created, and that's the sad truth.
Agreed. A lot of times, you can point out specific bugs, mistakes, etc and you'll get outright attacked 10x worse than you will here. A lot of those people are trying really hard to justify their support and aren't willing to accept anything that doesn't align with their view of the game. That includes things like theory crafting. Try to discuss where you think the story will go, people get outright enraged bc what you're suggesting doesn't focus on some random side chick that has only been in like 20 renders out of years worth of updates.

And AI art (or any AI used to do creative tasks) is still in its infancy and will improve a lot, the only limitation is basically that art or any creative task is under more subjective judgement of quality depending on the observer/consumer, but AI can access data much faster than any single human (depending on what is powering it up hehe) and can learn by itself if will follow the same steps/phases than chess AI did.
Nearly 30 years ago was the last time it was news a chess Grandmaster beating AI in a chess duel, since then the best AI are way better than the best human players and is basically impossible for a human to beat StockFish for example unless it is set to a lower intelligence/lower ELO rating hehe. One of the great steps was done with AI AlphaZero that learned chess by itself playing consecutives matches against itself. So it is just a matter of time AI art take over, but are us humans that will set the rules on how it should be done and implemented and used. Same happens with automation etc etc there will always people afraid of their jobs being replaced by it.

Seems I touched a nerve, here. You're so butthurt you forgot to read my post. I also buy these games on Steam or Itch when I can. I am not being hypocritical at all. I am here, after all. This is a pirate site. Even the devs who interact here or list their games, state that, and often say "don't share my game here, but since you're here I will engage with the players and community." There are other devs that ban paying customers from Patreon if they find out or even suspect that they are users here. I suggest you get over yourself.

That is absolutely not true I support 6 myself , many of the people on the site support games, also many developers post their own games when all supporters have received it and also engage in conversation about the game

I'm glad you support games. I buy them, myself, when I can, on Steam or Itch. I'm just saying that anything that happens on F95 is not part of that support. It's the opposite.
Yeah, it's great for us, we can chat about games, see what's popular, and download games to play. It's not supporting the devs, it's supporting our habit.
Onething people need to understand is that for any game/movie/series to become a hit it needs enough audience who buy and pirate.If the game is available only for patrons then it would not grow and it will never have patrons.People buy things that are most talked about.Its human psychology.For example the biggest titles on this site wouldnt have had patrons growing if they were never pirated.So yeah not everything that is pirated kills the thing.Game of thrones was the most pirated series ever.Still it was huge success as more and more people talked and discussed about it HBO kept adding new patrons.Thats how things work in entertainment space

There are good pirates and bad pirates. Some just use the games and move on, others, like me, play the games first and then if they enjoy it, they support it. As in every VN there is a link for patreon or steam, saying "if you enjoy them the game, consider supporting it". If it wasn't available outside of patreon, why bother putting an link in there.
I think I am both - a supporter - in that I support a number of Dev's with $, like Jestur.
I am also a pirate in that I take digital downloads for various AVNs without offering any $ in exchange for the work done by the dev to create that content.
If I find a dev who I enjoy (I've found some on Patreon/Steam and looked them up/downloaded them here), I will often end up throwing some $ their way (but not always - I find far more that I enjoy than my budget will allow me to support with $)
I have some devs who I have supported with $ for years and other devs who get about a year of support - roughly the cost of a AAA game - then I stop supporting that dev and shift the $ to a different dev I have yet to say thanks to with some $ support.
There is also what I would call positive involvement in the community surrounding an AVN.
It's not $ support but offering feedback and encouragement to devs, especially those who seem new to creating an AVN has a place.
This also includes wishlisting on Steam to help the dev with Steam metrics even if the AVN is not one I would buy on Steam, at least at full price.
I'm smart enough to understand that F95 is not Burger King (I don't get to have it my way to borrow from the old ad campaign) and I have supported some devs with $ only for them to do a significant course correction in their AVN and stopped that support due to that course correction.
I'm not going to trash a dev for making the change - their story and their creativity. I just stop my support and drop a link into Notepad to follow up in a year or two and see what happened.
Sometimes, I've been met with a very pleasant surprise and the AVN's development and broader story telling 'smoothed out' the issue I had, and I've gotten to enjoy an unexpected major content boost for an AVN I didn't know I was missing.
Other times - my instinct was spot on and IMO, I made the right call putting an AVN on hold, at least in terms of $ support.
I will say that If a small % of the broader F95 community gave the price of a cup of coffee 1x/month to a dev they enjoyed, we would have Far fewer AVNs getting the abandoned tag.
I remember one dev I support with $ making the comment that his Patreon downloads were about 1% of the downloads of his AVN on F95.
I do believe that many devs (but not all) would end up creating bigger, better updates more frequently if the number of people who repeatedly downloaded their AVNs went from 1% who offered some $ support to 2-3%, for example.
Anyway - enough of my rambling... I have AVNs to play!
