Hi all my compressed unofficial Android port of Ripples with Naxos LightmanP Walkthrough and patch mod.
Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
Scrollable textbox - no more text off the bottom of your screen
Alternative persistent saves/log location
**Special Instructions:**

Install apk.
Grant storage permissions on first run!
On first run you will get a prompt to copy the archive.rpa file to documents/Wills747/rip.ples/game folder.

Dunno? Learn how to make one and build one without the patch? :p Just kidding, maybe search the forum, there must be threads on this site to request android ports or maybe you can also make a thread requesting it on the correct forum and not sure what it would be, not really sure because never searched about it because I never play AVNs on a phone and never will. Also maybe you can DM the member that made the exisiting android ports and request if they can make an android multimod port without the patch, there is a vanilla version of the mod.

The new main menu teased this, and after seeing it (the whole scene), I'm 100% on Team Jenny:
screenshot0016.png
Just too adorable.

Edit: ...and then I get to asking myself, why? I think the answer is a combination of her feelings for MC and her personality--yeah, she's got the looks, but so does everyone else. But Jenny's in love with MC, and I think she's the only one (and definitely the only one in 1999) who is. When you combine that with her very caring nature (mentioned a few times at the party), and her warm way of expressing it, that's really hard to resist. Dude, stay in 1999 and marry that girl. Funny, I think one of the songs at the party was saying just that.

I have to admit Jestur caught me off guard with that twist involving Cindy. Even though I found this mystery and that subtle emphasis on Misty’s aunt a bit odd, I should have guessed it was setting us up for that exact moment! ^^ I almost thought we were just getting a filler, feel-good episode about this night spent with those ’99 girls, but that wasn’t entirely true.

The whole party was pretty enjoyable, with quite a few fun and pleasant moments. It was a chance to get to know everyone a bit in that Riverside girls’ circle. However, I felt a little heartbreak for Luna, with whom things seemed to be off to a great start, a romantic scene that began well but then led to a forced separation, resulting in a bittersweet conclusion.

That definitely makes sense and fits logically with MC’s situation in 2019. It also works well as a way to explain and connect that to Luna’s reaction during their first meeting. And while it’s pretty sad if things really end there between them, I still hope MC might get a chance to see her again in the past, even if that’s not guaranteed.

I wonder if these revelations made to Jenny will have any temporal repercussions in 2019, though I doubt it. Or maybe they’ll affect what she decides to do with that knowledge, how she’ll act going forward knowing all this.

Still, it may well change nothing in the course of events, and as Jenny herself suggested, it might ultimately do nothing more than bring about her disappearance, with or without variations in how events unfold.

I can’t choose between Luna’s scene and Scarlett-Valerie’s. :BootyTime: Both moments were great in their own way and really stood out. Damn, Scarlett really isn’t afraid of anything. :D:cool: She’s still the best in my book and never backs down, I love it ! It was also nice to finally settle things with Tori, and that scene came off as pretty hot too. :sneaky:

What I'm *hoping* for is a return to the present and Jenny still being gone but a change to how it happened that of course 2019 folks won't know is a change but MC and Darci will. It's a clue that even though the changes they're making aren't substantive, things aren't totally set, and it moves the plot forward to eventually make bigger ones that can eventually save her.

That doesn't mean that I expect that's what will happen. This isn't my story and I'll sit back and wait for how it gets written. If my idea (and I hardly claim I'm the only person with this take) is close to right I'll pat myself on the back.

Does anyone know if there's any news of progress on the next update?
There hasn't been anything in over a month. Is this dev on vacation or something? He gave us a crappy update where we're just at a party, with no story progress or anything, and he has the nerve to stop working.
Jestur's progress updates are about once a month or so. Since the new episode released this month, I wouldn't expect any sort of progress report on the next episode until August.

I think the reveal does help Jenny. I suspect that we will meet her older self in a later episode and she reveals to MC that she faked her death so she could aid our future selves ( the ones that are aiding us) combat and expose the deeds that went on in the underground labs (and are probably still going on just elsewhere) and combat the people that are aware of us and the ones trying to steer MC in the past.

I don’t really expect things to have changed drastically with MC’s return in 2019, though a few surprises could still come up. The plot leaves some uncertainty about what can actually be influenced in the flow of time, which remains the main issue. Moreover, Jenny and MC recently had a conversation that touches on themes like free will, fate, and destiny.

Three characters seem to encourage this reflection. Jenny, somewhat resigned, seems prepared to face the fate awaiting her. Luna also accepts the idea of an unavoidable destiny, having a gift that allows her to sense and believe in it. Early on, the masked man mentioned that small adjustments are possible, but fully redirecting the course of events is very difficult. He suggested that time itself resists lasting changes.

It’s probably too early in the story for MC to save Jenny, let alone his father, especially without knowing more about his past. I suspect many mysteries still need to be uncovered about this time travel conflict, its mechanics, rules, and limits. Unknown possibilities may exist, and MC’s role or purpose in all of this remains unclear. Understanding why he is so central to the narrative and crucial to its resolution will be essential.

There's a pretty large body of evidence that Jenny is Darci's grandmother, Jackie and that the accident didn't kill her, but sent her back in time 20 years to 1989, where she got stuck.

I’m struggling to understand why you’re quoting me, as I’ve never supported or even mentioned this theory. o_O:LOL:

What I mainly find problematic in your theory is the age issue between some characters, there are too many inconsistencies. It's difficult to believe Jenny could be as old as Jackie in 2019 without a solid explanation grounded in concrete details from the game. Without that, this theory seems unlikely, even if it’s an interesting one.

There’s also a problem with the timeline. Jenny is supposed to have a daughter before disappearing within ten years after 1999, yet Gabby, Jackie’s real daughter and Darci’s mother, is already present in 1999. This creates a contradiction. The idea that Jenny would take on a new identity, live a different life, and age unnaturally fast doesn’t hold up either, especially since Gabby appears to be roughly the same age as other characters from that period.

Clearly, Jenny couldn’t be her mother. Darci and MC even briefly meet Gabby when they rescue her from the lab at the power plant, where experiments were being done on her.

If Jenny were still alive, all we know is that she and her daughter are missing. Moreover, the theory that Jenny is pretending to be Jackie raises more questions. Why assume a new identity while leading a normal life without taking any precautions?

Why sever ties with Tiffany, especially given how close they are? Tiffany and Jenny are also sisters. That said, I’m playing with the multi-mod version that includes the I-patch, so details may vary depending on the version.

And finally, how does your theory explain the age gap between Jenny in 1999 and Jackie in 2019? Jackie seems much older than Jenny should be at that point.

On another note, I don’t see the point of using a time machine for something like this. It’s a huge risk, tampering with time and facing unpredictable consequences, all for a goal that seems unjustified. Additionally, this masked man suggested that making such radical changes is incredibly difficult, if not impossible, because time tends to restore itself to its original course, allowing only minor deviations.

To answer your question, I don’t think Tiffany ever reveals the name of Jenny’s daughter. As far as I remember, it’s never mentioned. We only know that both disappeared, and that chapter of Tiffany’s life remains painful for her, even years later.

In the end, while some elements in the game don’t completely rule out this theory, it’s hard to accept without a clearer explanation. We’ll likely need more details revealed later to make it more credible.

I played last version without I-patch and can confirm that Tiffany and Jenny are still sisters without the patch.
