You're crazy, and whining about the same shit people have for years. Version numbers *do not* have to match any form or fashion, it's up to the developer to work that out. The only thing you need to worry about is that they keep increasing until they finally say "complete"
If Rick was hospitalized in Chapter 3:
Step 1: In Chapter 8, when Cora and Reg are in the apartment, choose this: "I'm not moving."
Stept 2: In Chapter 9, when Cora and Reg are on the boat, choose this: "I kiss him."
If Judit was hospitalized in Chapter 3:
Step 1: In Chapter 4, when Cora and Reg say goodbye at the hotel, choose this: "Another meeting isn't the end of the world."

well - every software developer with ANY sense of versionning would have 0.9 being followed by 0.10, as this is the propper way to do so.
it's convention to varsion the way of x.y.z, while being "x" the major version of the whole product (being 1.0.0 the first FINAL full version), "y" the most recent main update/patch, and "z" the minor patch/hotfix.
So for example 0.15.3 would be absolute fine and how it should

First mod crashed the game and now Mixdrop doesn't give the proper download it tries only to push some malware
I'm guessing you are talking about the walkthrough mod. Yeah, no one likes mixdrop but JokerLeader refuses to use anything else these days unless you go on his patreon. I don't download his shit anymore because of it. Stupid to expect people to jump through 3 hoops to avoid an ad&malware-infested hoster that really should NOT fucking be allowed on this website to download your 5-10mb file that you could easily just add to your post. The dude went nuts after his mega account got banned back when he used to compress games. He does it to get traffic to his patreon.
