yes you need a chinese lacale emulator or else the text gets fucked up.
How did you even translate it with mtool, I keep getting the error: translate apply fail

in case you're still wondering, you need to install unifont from the mtool, it's a font that shows you the original chinese charactes instead of the squares, then you need to change the "source language" from japanese to chinese
the locale emulator link in the first page no longer works. search on google for locale emulator that runs chinese

Thanks for the reply, but I wanted to know if the local emulator that runs Chinese then translates it to English, or if it stays in Chinese. I didn't want to put in the effort if I couldn't read anything at the end result.
Ah nevermind, managed to translate the whole game with translator++ manually lmao, took me a whole day.

anyone have a save with the gallery unlocked or a map cuz I am not having much luck trying to find some of the stuff for the endings
find a locale emulator and run the game in chinese locale.there is no dialog for me!!
