Some people might say that the MC (aka Jennifer) is really stupid....
unfortunately real life comes to prove to us that there a lot of so called 'intelligent' people out there that do things far worse than any fictitious game character....

That's a first... You seem to be on both paths at the same time...
Did you try to edit any variables maybe?
The story can't work with both paths activated.
If you didn't do the editing yourself then it would help me to tell how you reached this point.
(like if you played from the start or you used the start from Part 2 option etc.)

When you go to the office in the morning for work only talk to Nicole one time and then directly talk to Mr Drake.
DO NOT talk to Nicole a second time in the morning, that will break the game.

You must be registered to see the links
The link above contains the fixed script file for V0.6.8
Locate the file 'script.rpy' in the directory you installed the game and overwrite it with the new one.
For those that have already reached the end of content message successfully and have save games for both paths there,
you can skip this process, as the bug only happens in the morning at the office.

I don't think my game will attract any moders ....
I might try to make a replay gallery after I finish with the main story though...
Any plans to continue the other Malleck game once you finish this one. I remember there being another one with Jennifer and her sister that was discontinued.
